It includes: living room/kitchenette, sitting area, one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, one bedroom with a 90 cm bed and two 90 cm bunk beds, and a bathroom with toilet. Microwave, freezer, washing machine, television, garden furniture, and a portable barbecue. Enclosed courtyard. Parking in the courtyard. Pets not allowed. 1 CLEVACANCES. The semi-detached house can be rented at the same time, sleeping up to 9 people. A cleaning fee of €87 is available. On the island of Noirmoutier, you can go to the Passage du Gois, used several times by the Tour de France and fish for clams and cockles, walk in the forest of holm oaks bordering the Plage des Dames, enjoy the aquatic park with your family, taste depending on the season "la bonnotte" famous new potato and feast on oysters and bouchot mussels. And of course, you can relax on our beautiful sandy beaches and take long bike rides on our many cycle paths.
And if you want to go out into town, Noirmoutier is 1 hour from Nantes and 3/4 hour from the African Safari.
