Standard semi-detached country house of approximately 35 m², a 5-minute walk from the beach and located on the dune side – sleeps 4 – comprising, on the ground floor: living room/kitchenette with dining area, one bedroom with a double bed, sleeping area with a cot, and bathroom with toilet (access via the sleeping area). Upstairs: one open bedroom with two single beds. Washing machine, microwave, freezer compartment, television, garden furniture, and a portable barbecue. Enclosed garden with a covered area on the side of the house, parking in the courtyard. Pets not allowed. 1 CLEVACANCES. Possibility of renting the semi-detached house at the same time for a total capacity of 9 people. A cleaning fee of €87 is available. On the island of Noirmoutier, you can go to the Gois passage, used several times by the Tour de France and fish for clams and cockles, walk in the holm oak forest bordering the Plage des Dames, enjoy the aquatic park with your family, taste depending on the season "la bonnotte", the famous new potato and feast on oysters and bouchot mussels. And of course, you can relax on our beautiful sandy beaches and take long bike rides on our many cycle paths.
If you want to go out into the city, Noirmoutier is 1 hour from Nantes and 3/4 hour from the African Safari.
