Great Place to Stay if Skiing Breck
We picked this location due to it's proximity to Breck. You are within walking distance of a lift to get you on the mountain. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The only issues were minor: The dishwasher moved around as the brackets were not mounted and the games that were provided were missing pieces, although we had a blast playing Trivial Pursuit from 1981! :) We will definitely look at this location for future trips to ski at Breck and Keystone.

Summer in Breck!
Our family had a fantastic stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and was close to town! We also took advantage of the pool which was not too far off the property. Would def recommend staying here and will definitely look at staying in the winter for ski season!

An amazing place to stay!
This was such a lovely place to stay. It's just a short walk into town and a block or so away from the ski lift. Plus, there's every amenity you could want to warm up after a day of skiing, from the infrared sauna to the steam shower, the jacuzzi tub and fireplace...this is as cozy as it gets. But our favorite part of staying at this place was the babbling stream right outside the master bedroom...no road noise, just nature. We can't recommend this place enough!

Very comfortable and convenient spot. Snowflake lift is right across the street and ski back! Manager was responsive and all in all it was a great little vacation.

Super convenient and comfortable condo
Overall, our family of four loved this condo. We loved walking across the street to the Snowflake lift in the morning, and then skiing all the way back home on 4 O'Clock. The community pool and hot tubs were also very nice to have access to after a day on the slopes. Only a 5-10 minute walk down to the town as well.

Great location for your ski trip
This property was the perfect ski trip lodging for my friends and I. We booked a weekend ski trip and found this condo to be a great price and location. Ski runs steps away and walking distance to everything in town. Great bedding set up for friends with the bunk beds. Made our Breck experience easy and confortable.

Home was nicely decorated and furnishings were comfortable. Snowflake lift was across the street and easy to access. Make sure to take Lower 4 o'clock trail towards town to get back and not aim for the Snowflake lift. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice Place and Location
We enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo with a great location. Ski-in/out was great and the heated garage made cold mornings easy to get your skis on. Condo has plenty of essentials for cooking.

4.5 stars out of 5. Great value and location
Overall the the condo was great! A few a minor things...the pillows are very uncomfortable and the extra pillows didn't have any pillow cases. Pretty much exactly what was advertised!

Perfect place to stay!
We went to Breckenridge for a girls getaway and the condo couldn't have been more perfect! Space for everyone, clean and organized. It was a perfect weekend for all! One minor note, we couldn't get the air to work so it was a little warm but we opened the doors in the evening and it cooled it off a bit.

Great property with a great location. The beds need an upgrade, as they sag really bad. The parking is not the best as other people take your spot or block you from using garage. Will rent again.

Love it. So convenient for skiing
We love this apartment. Very convenient for skiing. It was our second time in it. Very clean (too much Lysol?) Sad that the price goes so high for next year. We would have booked a year in advance if it was more reasonable.

Great place to stay overall
The unit has a garage and is large. The furniture is worn and dated but very comfy. The unit had everything we needed. The sauna was broken but they gave us a small refund which I felt was fair. The unit is convenient to everything. If you don’t care about the sauna, this one is a winner.

Good spot could be great
This condo is located perfectly by the lift and 4 o’clock trail. Easy walk to town. The hot tub situation is annoying, you have to drive to it and hope it’s not busy. Multiple outlets and lights don’t work in the unit. There is also very little blankets, TP and towels. Would be nice to have a blanket in the living room. Those last few things are why I wouldn’t give it 5 stars, but overall it is a good easy spot.

Great location & floor plan but several maintenance issues & non existent amenities.
Location really is wonderful and the condo is big, with a decent layout. It is a walk out, ski in location. We experienced too many maintenance issues (gas fireplace is broken, garage door issues made garage unusable majority of our stay, then other smaller maintenance issues too) and the unit could use some furniture updating - it is getting tired looking. Otherwise unit is well appointed. The is NO GYM if you're told there is, they are wrong. We were disappointed by the last minute disappointment about the non existing gym.

Avoid this place. Absolute ripoff. False advertisement.
Sauna doesn’t work, half of the lights in the house don’t work, fireplace doesn’t work, very dated, upon arrival there was a load of dirty towels in the washing machine, one of which had blood on it, as well as blood on the floor in the hallway and bathroom. We had to re wash all of the dishes as most of them were in the cabinet dirty. You can hear every person coming and going from the nearby stairs. Heated garage is a plus. Accessibility from the ski slope and to the snowflake lift is the only reason this has 2 stars. Check on your housekeeping because they’re not doing their job.

Great location, rough condition.
Oddly bad condo considering our typical Vacasa finds. I was surprised that the lights didn’t work in the living room when we arrived, and then I saw that that has been noted in reviews on this website for literally years. I chatted vacasa about this and they said nobody had ever reported it before … so no lights in the living room for reading or playing a game by the fire - ok! My kids were really excited to see there were DVDs of funny old movies that they might want to watch, but of course the DVD player doesn’t work and most of the DVDs were cracked in half when we opened them anyway. Found a humidifier in a closet full of random stuff (FYI - a Christmas tree stand, if you want to set up a tree during your 2-night-minimum stay), but then the humidifier was cracked and broken and just poured water all over the floor. Again, this is nothing new, I feel like I just thought that all of these issues noted in reviews from two years ago would have been addressed in the interim. So, like I said, Great location! Rough condition.

Poor property management and overpriced :(
The unit is highly overpriced. When I rented this unit I expected the basic needs to be more than covered and that our group would not have to stress about the little things during our stay. I attribute most of our poor experience to being ran by a property management company that cares more about profit than a guest’s experience. - We were not provided the garage code for the first 24 hours and could not park in the promised covered spot. - The unit was stocked with 1 hot pad which is not enough when you are using the using the kitchen. Someone did bring an 2 additional hot pads after I raised this concern but it took many hours. - I also alerted the management team that the fireplace did not work and that we could not turn on the lights above the fireplace. They said they would alert a maintenance team but nothing was ever done during our stay. It was difficult to play any games from the couches with the darkness. - The surface light on the microwave did not work. - There was 1 humidifier provided for the primary bedroom, however, it was broken and there was visible mold in the humidifier. The guests in the second bedroom were uncomfortable waking up congested and having trouble breathing in the morning because of the cold dry air. - There was not any Tupperware to store leftovers. - There were no spatulas so we could not eggs any way other than scrambled. - The floor tile outside of the primary bedroom is loose. - The couches are worn and torn. - We ran out of trash bags halfway through our stay since we stayed a week. - For thousands of dollars per week, I would appreciate having quality paper products and decent toiletries. Most VRBOs will at least provide drug store soaps, shampoos and conditioners but what was provided were cheap hotel soaps. - It is convenient to have a washer dryer but again for as expensive as this was I expect to have enough laundry soap for multiple loads while we were provided with 1 box of laundry detergent and that was it. - It is cool that there’s an infrared sauna in the primary bedroom but we were disappointed when we found out the infrared light bulbs were replaced with regular light bulbs (thus defeating the purpose of the infrared part). The highlight of our stay was using the steam shower in the hallway. Granted we all resorted to using the same shower being the jacuzzi tub had visible mold on the jets and we did not want to shower there. The location is also convenient.

Pretty good
Good shape condo for 10 plus years old. Quiet, very comfortable living and accommodations. Beds very good. Master BR excellent. A little confusing about checking in. No one to talk to. A constantly chirping fire alarm, I just temporarily disconnected it. Notified the telecon vacasa, never got a maintenance call, nor any follow up by prop Mgr. Poor communication or any response.

Do Not Book with Vacasa
This unit was not as advertised- the sauna + fireplace did not work, the pool key was not provided (and I did not realize the pool was .5 miles away from the unit), and there was no blender in the full kitchen. I tried multiple times to get in touch with Vacasa, and did not hear back from them for two days. We did not spend a single night in this unit and still had to follow up in order to get any resolution which in the end I do not feel was equitable.

This Condo Needs a Nap: 3.5 Stars
This condo is tired. The porch doors are reluctant to open. Several of the outlets and one of the living room lights wouldn't work. The fireplace wouldn't turn on, the sauna had an error code, we couldn't locate the key to hot tub and there was a weird episode with the shared garage parking. At the same time, the location is phenomenal with the Snowflake Lift a minute's walk away. The beds and couches are comfy and the steam shower changed my life. If you're looking for an upscale place with an impressive list of amenities, I'd keep searching. If you're looking for convenience and comfort, happy booking.

Close to Snowflake, Needs TLC
If you are looking for a clean place close to a lift so you can get on the mountain fast, this is it. If you’re looking for a well maintained property for a special vacation, I suggest saving this one as a backup option. -There is tile in 4 rooms, missing grout in 3 of them, and loose tiles in 2. -The fireplace is under construction as evidence by the plywood bottom. We couldn’t get it to work during our stay. I didn’t call anyone because the first call I made for garage code had a long wait. -The furniture in the living space is comfy but the couch is fraying, the coffee table has a loose leg, and legs of all small tables have peeling faux sides. Download the Vacasa app if you want instructions for the garage and checkout steps, they were not sent to me automatically. If you stay in the master bedroom, make sure the sliding glass door is locked. It was not locked when we arrived not for the first several days I until I realized it was a door and checked it.
