You'll be steps away from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a 25-mile bike trail that expands across 6 Cape Cod towns, where you can walk, run, or bike daily. A neighboring retired cranberry bog provides a lovely oasis to enjoy on a morning walk. Take the complimentary canoe out for a sunrise paddle, then enjoy fresh coffee on the back deck or take in the sunshine in the beautiful light soaked sunroom. The house is minutes away from downtown Harwich, a quick stop for restaurants, grocery stores, and activities for the family with go-karts, bumper boats and trampoline park. This home is also less than five miles from both the bay and open ocean beaches.

Decompress in the light-filled main living room with an open concept, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. A pristine walk-in shower rounds out the main bathroom. An outdoor shower offers an open-air refresh after your sandy day at the beach.
