The property is located in a quiet and private residential area, with no neighbors on the right side and nature as your only front view. Thelarge plot ensures a completely intimate environment, ideal for unwinding and recharging. For water lovers, the house features a private pool measuring 8 x 4 m with an average depth of 2 m, perfect for swimming and soaking up the sun.
