So relaxing!

We had a great time at this property. The floor plan worked great for our 6 family units. Loved the outlets for each bunk. The grill and the Blackstone were much appreciated. We spent every evening sitting on the patio with the fire and blankets. Easy access to the pool. Will definitely add this to our “do again” list!

Awesome Family Generational Escape From The City

Our short family trip from St Louis was awesome. The property provided enough space, privacy, family gathering space and age appropriate activities for our generational trip. Grandparents, adult children and grandchildren of all ages enjoyed the property. The layout of the house was superb! The children were able to have their space and cousin time while not disturbing the older members of the group. The kitchen and dining room provided enough room for us to enjoy a meal together. The outdoor space provided us with a warm inviting gathering space to enjoy the relaxation of the hot tub and fire pit. The 3 story layout of the bedroom placement was excellent, the older grandkids were able to have their own private space and bathrooms while providing the adults the quiet of their own bedrooms. The views were gorgeous! Large parking area for multiple vehicles. Dumpsters were rather far away from the property. Beach towels would have been an excellent option to have. Beds were comfortable and various sizes were available. Even though we spent only 2 nights, the 2 laundry rooms were a bonus and were convenient to dry swimsuits after using the hot tub. Larger pots and pans would have been ideal for cooking for a large group. The 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers were a great touch. The refrigerator in the downstairs area was great for the kids to have access to drinks and snacks while playing on the game table and video console. Very pleased with this property!

The kids had enough room to play and not bother the adults. Having 3 refrigerators,2 dishwashers 2 sets of washers and dryers, were a God sent. Every thing about the rental was just like they advertised. If we have another reunion in Branson this is where we will stay.

Perfect place for family and friends to gather

The layout for us was amazing. Bathrooms for every bedroom and hall bathrooms. Two family rooms one upstairs and one down stairs. Two full-size refrigerators upstairs, and one full-size downstairs two dishwashers upstairs. Besides all the appliances that we would need, the view was spectacular. Dealing with Sunset rentals was also an enjoyable surprise. They were not only friendly very knowledgeable I would definitely go through them again for another renter we will probably have a yearly family gathering in the same house.

Almost perfect

Overall great stay. Here are a couple items needing to be addressed. Gaming system remotes had batteries missing. According to online information there were 10 bedrooms but only seven bedrooms were available (luckily we didn’t need them). Lastly, unfortunately the HVAC blower motors were very loud.
