Lower Grand Lagoon Beach House is the perfect place for your next family getaway or fishing trip! It's a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath that sleeps 10 comfortably. The open floor plan has plenty of room to relax and unwind. The Master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and the other two rooms are on the 1st floor. We have a private pool to enjoy after a hot day beach lounging or fishing. There's plenty of room out by the pool to have family time or to grill. The home is furnished with beautiful furnishings throughout and all the needed amenities for those days you want to stay in.
Plenty of parking for 3-4 cars or even a boat. It is close to the Marina and Lagoon, plenty of amazing restaurants minutes away such as Schooner's, Christo's, Off The Hook Bar and Grill, Captain Anderson's, J Michael's and many more. There is also plenty of fun entertainment for the whole family nearby. The beach access is only a 7 min walk or a 2 min drive. There is ample beach parking when you need to tote all the beach things. We do offer a 4 person golf cart to use for beach purposes only for extra charge. House Rules…Please No college or high school groups. We rent only to families or groups where each renter or at least two renters who are staying are over 28. Absolutely No house parties with outside guests. Saturday to Saturday rental in the High Season.
