Ski Vacation

Good location. We made the best of it & hah plenty of space. Very pricey for basic condition of the condo. Dishwasher not properly mounted to assure closure for run cycle. 3 trim nails at top of stairs not properly set - caught on socks. Ground level bath - missing some trim pcs which resulted in dust & dirt filled corners. No seperate container for trash recycling.

Avon, CO spring break

We cooked all of our meals in the great kitchen. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable! The location was convenient and easy to locate. Overall, a very comfortable experience.

Good location but no thrills

The location is very convenient to the bus stop but the place left much to be desired. Needs area rugs and items on the wall. Floors were filthy and heat was not efficient leaving the downstairs frigid while the upstairs was a toaster.

Great Location

The location of the unit is fantastic. Overall very pleased. A couple small suggestions. All the remotes needed new batteries (tv/garage/etc). That was a pain because nothing worked. The units needs TISSUE in every bathroom. There was none. The cooking pans could be updated. Like I said, all small stuff. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Dirty, noisy and rundown

It started with our check in code not working. We were able to call to get a new code and the person we talked to was very friendly and helpful. When we entered the property it smelled like a wet dog on the first floor. The second floor smelled like someone had been deep frying food just an hour before. There was food and liquid stains on the walls. There was an old Gatorade bottle tucked under one of the bunk beds with old fluid in it. There were finger prints all over the sliding glass door. There was a sign to take shoes off. Our feet were black within minutes of walking around the property and the floors in general were dirty. The downstairs shower works but sprays water to the sides at the joint making it impossible to use. There was broken glass in the dishwasher. A pan with oil had been put back into the cupboard with the clean dishes. Windowsills were dusty and had loose change sitting on them. Bath mats were dirty and ragged. The coffee table fell a part. We contacted Vacasa about the state of the property and they said they’d be in touch and they never reached back out. We stay at a lot of vacation properties and this was by far the dirtiest and honestly grosses property we’ve stayed at. It also backs up to I-70 and it was noisy and since it was one of the hottest weeks in the mountains it was either be incredibly hot at night or sleep with I-70 in your ear. This property is more conducive to a winter stay. Property is just really run down in general.
