For a carefree day trip, catch the ferry from Hyannis to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket.

The well-appointed patio features comfy lounge seating and alfresco dining space. Play games in the soft grass. Inside, you’ll appreciate the upscale furnishings, a newly updated kitchen, and the chic Cape-themed decor. The sunlit living area is furnished with a sofa and a love seat. Stream favorite shows and new movies on the 55” smart TV. The gas fireplace creates additional allure. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare festive vacation meals. You’ll also find a convenient starter supply of dish soap and paper towels. When it’s time to eat, gather around the table for six in the dining area.

Security camera details: There's a ring camera on the entrance and also one facing to the back patio. The entrance is on the back patio. The patio is not enclosed.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
