Lots of yard gives everyone space to run and play; a slope, without steps, makes it easy to get down to the clean water of Round Lake. Enjoy cannon balls off the end of the dock, and zero depth splashing for the little ones. This home is a short drive from town, minutes to world class mountain bike trails and has a great fishing hole just off the dock. In the fall, a short jaunt down the road brings you to the Hayward Fall Color Tour. In the winter, enjoy access to snowmobile trails right off the back yard, and minutes to the Birkebeiner cross country ski trails. Enjoy an evening under the stars, by the fire, or curl up on the couch with your favorite movie! We have a propane grill, but you will be required to bring your own propane.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book. A signed Rental Agreement, ID verification, and the names of all guests on the check-in form are required. A $500 damage deposit will be held on your credit card and released 7 to 10 days after checkout, pending verification by our cleaners that no damage or breach of the rental agreement occurred.
