Upstairs has a fitted kitchen, a living room/lounge, a bedroom with a double bed (140), a bedroom with a sofa bed, a shower room, toilet, a quiet terrace.
No private parking.

Additional services to be paid on site:
- mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of 150 euros
- deposit: by check or cash returned after verification by the cleaning team
- tourist tax according to the current rate per day and per person aged over 18
- possibility of renting sheets:
Sheets 16 euros per bed / week
Set of towels 10 euros per person / week (1 large and 1 small)

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- Animal accommodation for the duration of the stay : 30 €.
- Rental of sheets per bed per week : 16 €.
