The land is not fenced.
The pool is open from April 26th till October 31st but it is not heated. However the pool is well located during the day to be heated naturally.

The town: Carcès Discover the picturesque village of Carcès, close to the famous Cotignac, where you can stroll, enjoy local dishes in its restaurants, and take advantage of the lively markets. Wine lovers will be delighted to visit the many vineyards in the region.
