2 BR + Loft, 2 BA Condo – Pool, Hot Tub Access – On Bike Path!

Located at the heart of Summit County, Frisco is a great choice in the winter (drive or bus to all of Summit County’s great ski areas) and summer (hiking, biking, Lake Dillon and more). And guests at Mountainside Ridgeview Condo have full access to the Mountainside Club House’s indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, racquetball court and outdoor tennis court. You and your group will love this place!

Please Note: Fireplace is inoperable.

This 2-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom condo works perfectly for small families and groups up to six. The living room features a large flat-screen TV for relaxing and enjoying the game – or catching the morning snow report as well as an incredible mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliance you want and the gear you’ll need to keep everyone happy and fed. There’s seating for six at the dining room table. Step outside onto the deck to take in the crisp mountain air and amazing views of Mt Royal with your morning coffee or apres-ski glass of wine.

There’s parking for two vehicles: one in the underground garage and one in the lot outside. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

This is an excellent location. It's close to several excellent resorts. The condo is nice and clean.The fireplace doesn't work and the TV is a little old and the condo could use some updating but nothing major. Other than that, everything was good. The management company was very responsive.

Perfect location

The property’s location is ideal since everything is near by. Quite neighborhood and beautiful views. Trails near by are beautiful too. The management company responded pretty fast to all the concerns and questions we had. The condo itself might need some upgrading, for example the heater unit is inside a closet on the second floor and it gets really loud when it comes on. Light sleepers might have some problems. Stuff like comforters and decorative pillows might need to be replaced, as they have an old smell. Other than that nice condo

Nice updated property

Only 2 pods left for dishwasher. Salt grinder completely empty..only a big container of iodized salt available and no shaker for that. Other than those small inconveniences, I would have given it 5 stars.

Comfortable stay for our family needs an close to Copper Mountain

The property worked out perfect for our needs. My son was competing at the HSASA Nationals and this made it vonvienant to ski all day and come back and relax in the Pool and Hot Tubs. We even played some racket all in the evenings. Would defiantly recommend this losing and their customer support staff. were very responsive to any and all needs. Super friendly and attentive. There is No Question I will use them again in the future. And I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Great location and amenities

About a 10 minute walk into Frisco. 18m from Keystone. My 1 year old son loved the indoor heated pool and the sauna, steam room, hot tub combo was perfect after a day of skiing. It would be nice if the condo came with pool towels, but we made it work with the bath towels. Communication with the property management company was great. 10/10 would stay again The only hiccup was the lack of internet. The property management company had awesome communication throughout the process. They got in contact with Xfinity to fix the internet, but the we didn't want anyone intruding our privacy during our stay. I'd definitely stay here again.

In fact, we especially loved how perfectly small this place is... big enough to spread out, but small enough that FINALLY our teens were near us and laughing and talking. Easy to get to any slopes. Took full advantage of the club house amenities. Only thing you should know: there IS a washer/dryer in the unit. Not described in the listing. And on the morning we left, we opened all closets to check for any loose belongings and BAM! a washer and dryer hiding there the whole time ;) Enjoy the insider tip and definitely book this one!!

Great property in great location

Had everything we needed and we didn't have any issues. Plenty of towels and bedding. Bed were comfortable. There was a stackable washer/dryer although we didn't use it. Some parts of the condo are tired and probably original to the unit. Looks like the bathrooms had some updating and everything was in good repair. I would suggest updating the front door key system. The key is stored in a lock box with a number dial and is physically attached to a box on the wall outside the unit. This is extremely annoying to deal with each time you enter and leave. I would suggest upgrading to something that uses a digital code that could be changed for each renter. Also, I would suggest updating a few small appliances in the kitchen as some are quite dated. The heater works well but at times seemed quite loud.

Excellent Condo! Very comfortable, well equipped and beautiful views.

Very clean, everything you could need in the kitchen - even a crockpot and other small appliances to cook at home - and in the house in general. Great having the garage parking and a 2nd spot. Disappointing that the fireplace was not operable but that was a minor thing compared to how nice everything else was. The instructions that came about the condo were a little “generic” in that they stated there was coin-op laundry in the clubhouse - which is true - but not that there was a washer dryer in the condo itself. Management company was very responsive with any of our questions. The house is comfortable for 4-6 people, would be tight for any more, even though it sleeps 8. 1/4 mile walk into town if you choose, plenty of parking if you drive. The clubhouse is great! Indoor and outdoor hot tubs, nice indoor pool, sauna and steam room. The Summit bus stop is in town or by the Wal-Mart and runs once an hour, so we drove to Copper and had no problem getting free parking. All-in-all, we loved our stay there and highly recommend it!
