Schöne Herbstferien verbracht.

Alles perfekt wie in der Beschreibung. Kontaktloses ein / auschecken hat super funktioniert und bei Problemen hat uns die Verwaltung stets schnell und freundlich weitergeholfen. Es sind Kleinigkeiten die man abstellen könnte: - Gläser sollten ausgetauscht werden, sind vom vielen Gebrauch sehr matt und unansehnlich geworden. - Torantrieb des eingangs ist einseitig defekt, geht nicht immer zuverlässig ganz auf/ zu. - Waschmaschine hat einen Schlag beim Schleudern, hüpft durch den ganzen Raum.

Fab time

Wonderful property, especially for the children. They thoroughly enjoyed the pool and all the grass space around for activities. The Villa was very clean and equipped with everything that you would need. Would definitely recommend.

Would love to come back again

Thanks to Ideal Property Mallorca for making our check in trouble free. The guys there are very efficient and professional and took time to provide us with additonal information about the area and locations of interest. The check in process was professional, informative and hassle free. We had no problems gaining access to the property with the information provided by the agent. The villa is exactly as advertised and described very clean, large well furnished proprty, with everything you need for an enjoybale stay. The aircon was perfect for what was a very hot week (in British terms anyway) and pool and grounds make for a very relaxing environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that's required. All in all, it's as good a villa as is described.

This was truly a wonderful stay for us

We (family of four with two teenagers) spent two weeks at this beautiful finca in early July 2022. Our stay was just perfect in every respect. The house and its beautiful, spacious surroundings served as an ideal hub for our vacation. The infrastructure is excellent and the location couldn't be better: very close to shops, restaurants, and countless beautiful beaches (all within a 15-30mins drive, many even closer). To top it off, the service by Ideal Property Mallorca was great, both upon check-in and also when we had a few special requests: all very friendly, timely and helpful. Can highly recommend this property.

Great villa in great location.

Fantastic pool and grounds, air con throughout, nice accommodation. Only a couple of minor things - there were no champagne glasses in the villa and I couldn't find a chopping board. Also a bottle of water or two would have been nice particularly as our flight was delayed 3 hours I didn't really want to venture out again at 1am to buy water etc. The wifi was adequate but slow as we are from the UK so needed wifi to watch any English language TV so wifi is almost essential for us really.

Sehr erholsam

Die Finca ist ein Traum. Super eingerichtet, mit allen was man braucht. Die Agentur war immer, auch bei den kleinsten Nachfragen zu erreichen und konnte immer helfen. Der Garten ist wunderschön und die Grillecke lädt zum längeren Verweilen ein (Mückenspray nicht vergessen). Man erreicht die Altstadt von Alcudia bequem zu Fuß. Zum Strand sind wir nicht gelaufen, da es mlt Kleinkind dann doch zu weit war. Aber mlt dem Auto ist man sehr schnell an jedem schönen Strand um die Ecke. Die Finca hat drei separate Schlafzimmer und alle sind vollausgestattet und eingerichtet, so dass man sich fast wie zu Hause fühlt. Wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen.

21 Sonnentage in Alcudia

Sehr gepflegte Finca mit einem großen Grundstück und einem großen Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die vorbeiführende Strasse war teils laut, jedoch nur tagsüber. Es wäre schon wenn einmal in neue Liegen investiert würde. Die jetzigen sind durchgelegen und unbequem. Wir würden die Finca wieder buchen.

Familienurlaub

Wir sind begeistert! Die Finca und das Grundstück sind wunderschön und man fühlt sich direkt zuhause! Die Lage ist toll und es gibt einfach nichts zu beanstanden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, mehr braucht man dazu nicht mehr sagen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

lovely place to relax and chill a bit difficult to get a taxi so a car is a must if you want to get around could do with a games room eg pool table ping pong and maybe a few things for younger children sun beds on upper terrace would have been nice and a dustbin for household wast all in all we had a great time

Super tolle Finca!!!Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!!

Wlan hat leider nur die ersteb beiden Tage gut funktioniert, danach war es nur noch sehr langsam. Alle elektronischen Geräte waren sehr gepflegt, genauso wie die Finca insgesamt. Finca liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, was mich persönlich aber nicht gestört hat. Man hört sie, sieht sie aber nicht. Abends waren die anliegenden Hotels sehr laut (Animation). Begrüßung in der Finca war sehr nett. Flasche Wein, Chips und Cola standen bereit. Trotz der kleineren Mankos (die nicht an der Finca liegen) absolut empfehlenswert, wir fahren gerne wieder hin. Beste Finca!!

Perfekte Finca in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren vom 13.6.18 bis 23.6.18 zu viert in der Finca. Die Finca war tip top in Schuss und es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Alles da, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Die Finca war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der TV ist mittlerweile auch größer, so dass wir gemütlich die WM Spiele sehen konnten. Bei uns kam in den 10 Tagen 2x jemand vorbei, der den Pool gesäubert hat. Das Grundstück ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel größer, als man auf den Fotos erahnen kann. Man hört zwar die Straße im Hintergrund, aber uns hat das nicht wirklich gestört. Morgens hört man im Kanon die Hähne im Unkreis krähen, naja manchmal hat das schon etwas die Nachtruhe gestört. Wir haben uns dann Ohorpax rein gemacht und weiter geschlafen. Dafür ist weit und breit kein Menschenlärm zu hören! Die angegebenen Entfernungen (zu Fuß) zur Altstadt und zum Strand haben auch nicht ganz gestimmt. Hier plant man besser 20 min zur Altstadt und 25 min zum Strand ein. Alles im Allem würden wir diese Finca immer wieder sofort buchen!!

Die Finca ist sehr gepflegt und zentral Gelegen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und gut betreut gefühlt. Der Garten mit dem Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden die Finca jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Abwicklung der Buchung verlief super. Bei Fragen vor Ort Wurde UNS sofort und sehr freundlich geholfen.

Nice building, interior OK, disappointing surroundings

The photos are somewhat misleading as to location. The villa is as good as sitting on the main road coming into Alcúdia: it sounds on occasion as if the world is driving through the garden. On arriving, you are welcomed by the next door’s hounds, and this will be the echo each time you leave also! So if you are looking for isolation and peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Inside the kitchen is fine, generally the house is in good order, although the mattresses appear old and regardless, are far from comfortable. This being said, in high summer and the pool at hand, the outdoor barbecue area and the beach 6 to 7 minutes away, you can make good here and have fun; perhaps we didn’t look carefully enough at the property specification, but I wouldn’t like another family to arrive to have their travel dreams somewhat dampened on arrival.

Schöne Finca für Familie mit Kindern Teil2

Das WZ verfügt über einen TV, der leider nur etwas mehr als die Größe eines Laptopbildschirms hat. Bei der Anreise haben wir das direkt bei der netten Agenturmitarbeiterin, die uns zur Finca gebracht hat, angesprochen, sie stimmte zu, und wollte das bei dem Besitzer anbringen. Leider haben wir in den zwei Wochen keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Das vorhandene Satelliteninternet ist leider auf eine MBnutzung limitiert, und wird nach dem Verbeauch auf 64KB gedrosselt. In der heutigen Zeit heißt das dann: Kein Internet mehr. Nach einer Woche war das Volumen von uns bereits aufgebraucht, haben aber von der Agentur freundlicherweise einen Mobilen Datenstick bekommen, der dann bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthaltes gereicht hat. Onlinestreaming oder große Datenbewegungen sollte man aber trotzdem vermeiden. Aber eigentlich sollte es meiner Meinung nach keine Limitierung des Internets mehr geben. Die offene Küche ist durch eine Theke zum Wohn-/Esszimmer abgegrenzt, verfügt aber nur über spärliches Grundequipment. Als Beispiel haben wir als Messer nur Steakmesser vorgefunden, mit denen man nur schlecht Brote schmieren kann. Eine Pfanne war nicht für den Gasherd geeignet. Für Kinder geeignete Gläser fehlten. Über eine Aufstockung des Grundequippments (Besteck, passende Pfannen, ausreichend Küchenhandtücher, Schwämme etc) könnte man vielleicht mal nachdenken. In den Holzkleiderschränken in den unteren Schlafzimmern roch es etwas streng. Woran das lag, konnten wir leider nicht ausmachen. Der Geruch ging aber nicht in die Kleidung Also alles in allem vergeben wir hier 4 Sterne. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub und ein guter erster Eindruck für das Mieten einer Finca auf Mallorca.
