The mill with living area was very tastefully restored maintaining the original tower. It is located in a quiet rural area near Santanyi, with many restaurants, shops and a busy market. The beach Cala Llombards is only 8 km away.
From the entrance one enters directly to the spacious living-dining area. About the adjoining modern kitchen there is access to a protected by awning terrace with BBQ. On the other side of the tower are 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms, which share a spacious bathroom. The whole house flows through brickwork and color a pleasant warm ambiance.
The outdoor area features a beautiful pool chlorine with the masses 5. 0m x 5m 4. Depth: 1. 30m. Depth to: 1. 80m. Sunbeds, outdoor shower and an external dining area with barbecue.

Relaxing stay but tainted by the owner and agent

The property was very basic inside with the bare minimum provided. No maid during our stay, outside area and terraces covered in berries from the trees, no garden maintenance to clear this up - just left so I cleared it. No change of bed linen during our 10 days, so I washed. Towels were dumped on Sunday and left by the front door. Pool maitenance twice during our stay so that was ok. I broke one glass whilst away and then received a lengthy email from VillasCalaDor accusing myself and two children on breaking plates, many glasses, staining furniture and generally accusing us of things we simply did not do! Sent an invoice for £170.00 of which I then responded with my feedback, to which they didn't reply or acknowledge but instead chased for damages we did not do. I will not be returning. In other feedback there is no parasols round the pool area for shade, there are no pool towels provided, there is no maid service, no bed linen change, no outside comfortable furniture and a very bare uncared for garden with hundreds of berries on the terraces which no on attends too. Overall very disappointing especially the service received and comments after!!!

Enttäuschung! Katastrophales Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Leider war das Objekt , angefangen vom Kühlschrank und der Außenanlage, sehr unsauber. Es war so hei0ß, das es tagsüber nicht geeignet war, innen zu bleiben. Gegen enormen Auspreiskonnten wir insbesondere in den Schlafzimmern, die Laufzeiten der Klimaanlage verlängern. Kassiert wurde in bar vor Ort ohne Rechnung und Beleg. Der Tresor und der Fernseher waren defekt. Eine persönliche Einweisung fand nicht statt, sodass wir nur durch Zufall die Waschmaschine fanden in einem abgeschlossenen Nebengebäude und die öffentlichen Mülltonnen nur durch abfahren der Umgebung.

Gefiel mir äusserst gut!

Wunderschönes, gepflegtes und geschmackvoll schlicht eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Ideal für Familien mit 2 Kindern. Der Pool wurde jede Woche gereinigt und auch sämtliche Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Die Entfernung zum Stadtkern in Santanyí beträgt mit dem Auto ca. 5min. Wunderschöne Badebuchten sind auch innerhalb von 10-30min erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit hier wieder buchen...
