JUST LISTED- Perfect location, private - on Edge of Cody overlooking hot springs

This brand new house is right outside of Cody on the road to Yellowstone Park. It sits just above the Shoshone River at the mouth of the canyon. Horse back rides are directly across the road. Amazing views from both decks. Back deck overlooks hot springs located in the river below. Front deck has beautiful mountain views and you can see Cody's Entrance sign from you private deck. The Cody Night Rodeo is within walking distant. It has modern decor and top of the line appliances. It is a roomy house with a one car garage with an extra new refrigerator for your extra supplies. Beautiful picturesque views in every direction! The 26 acre property also has a walking path along the river (River Walk) that you will enjoy anytime of the day. The views along the private path are amazing of the river below and the path also provides access to the river (only walking access) for your enjoyment and private fishing. We know we have no ratings yet, but rest assured you will love this property and its location. Hope to see you soon.

Excellent Stay!

Ww had a great time! Location is very private. View if the river and hot springs from the back deck are great. Its difficult to get to but with a 4wd car andcsome hiking you can get there. Its warm in spots! Excellent building, comfy king bed, and great to have a garage!

Great Location

We wanted something away from town and this was located perfectly. We were far enough away but close to everything we did in Cody. It was clean and very comfortable. It was a plus having a garage to store things in as the living quarters are on the 2nd floor. Rodeo was a few blocks down the road, a riding stable across the road was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again. The hosts were very responsive to our questions too.

Passing through on long trip

Really nice accommodations close to Cody. Nice decks for views of the river and star gazing at night. The house has everything one needs to cook and appliances are new. The listing is accurate.

The perfect spot in Cody!

Amazing location - just a few minute drive into town but just far away enough to have privacy & breathtaking views! Also a super easy drive right into Yellowstone National Park. The house itself was very clean, had all the essentials and the hosts were super accommodating! We will definitely be back : D

Excellent Property, private but close to town

My family stayed here for a few days to see Yellowstone and Cody, WY. The house is very close to Cody, which ends up being great for the rodeo, museums and shopping. It's about an hour from Yellowstone, but the trade off was worth it. Clean, well-stocked and welcoming, we loved it. Also, it's private enough to make you feel further from amenities than you are and the river access is lovely.

Perfect Location

This is a great new property right outside of Cody. If you like to have a space of your own outside the hustle and bustle this is it. We took walks along the paths in the morning and relaxed on the deck in between activities. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I'd definitely book again if we make a trip back to Cody.

Clean, comfortable and close to it all

We spent a week in this house and loved how comfortable and inviting it was. It’s close to everything in Cody, and on the way to Yellowstone. I enjoyed sitting on the deck over the river with my coffee each morning! Highly recommend staying here

June 2022 Stay

Yellowstone closed the day before we arrived so we ended up traveling more than we had anticipated, which left for little time at the property. However we loved Cody and the people were so welcoming to us! The location of the house was perfect; just outside of Cody it was nice and private, yet close enough to go into Cody and explore. The house was clean, cozy and very inviting. The owner reached out to check in on us and make sure all was good with our stay. I hope to make it back some day to get to enjoy the serenity of nighttime campfires and to visit the horse riding place just across the highway. Thank you John & Gina!

The very best location in Cody for a Vacation Rental. Its actual location is across the street from Cedar Mtn. Horse back rides. Since it is so new the map locator does not recognize the location. Address is 4821 Yellowstone Avenue, Cody, WY 82414
