Known for its charming houses, lakefront and mountain views and friendly neighbors, the community lends itself to BBQ’s and recreational activities that drift into your daydreams. There is also a 36-hole golf course, that is sure to impress amateurs and experts, with its rolling terrain and panoramic views!Please use your GPS for the most accurate directions! Make sure you always enter and exit through the main gates (guarded gates)!This is a smart home! Enjoy the ease and comfort of Iavish living!House Rules:1. We are a drug free home - no excuses will be accepted and 0 tolerance will be followed.2. No smoking or vaping inside the homes! 3. We do NOT allow pets in our homes. If you would like to reach out to the host directly, arrangements can be (possibly) made and a pet deposit will be required!4. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am!!!5. We do NOT allow water balloons in the backyards. If they are found in property, guests will be subject to a fine!6. Please do NOT tamper with the cameras or pool equipment.
