Arthur is a filmmaker - Director of the movie TheWorldIsMyCountry -- look it up online and enjoy the trailer with Martin Sheen. Molly is very active in the local Rotary Club and in raising funds for BECA scholarships for the local children - and improving treatment of animals and more. Our two dogs are very friendly and never met a dog they didn't like and get along with.

We built this casita right next to our home to share the fun and joy of Baja.
What makes this property unique
It's a beautiful area and a great community. Enjoy the local Deli, Gym, Pizza shop and Organic Market. If you get a Global Entry Card you can usually cross the border much quicker - we often get to San Diego in just over an hour. We have our Medicare services in the US - and quite cheap local medical and dental her in Mexico whenever we need it.
