Welcome! This cabin is a beautiful, genuine log cabin that has 2 King bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms and is nestled on a one-acre lot at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac that is shared with only 6 other cabins. A short drive will take you to Hochatown, where you'll find shopping, dining, and many activities for all ages, as well as Broken Bow Lake.

There are two comfortable and roomy bedrooms, each with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Two more guests can sleep on a fold-out sofa in the living room. We suggest a maximum of 4 adults.

The front master bedroom offers a firm mattress and a complete bathroom with a tub/shower combination that is accessible from both the bedroom and living area.

The back master bedroom offers a medium/soft mattress. The bathroom has a walk-in shower including a small corner seat. Only the bedroom has access to this bathroom.

The living area is an open concept living space with a fully functional kitchen. The dishwasher, refrigerator, and stovetop in the kitchen are all stainless steel. A regular coffee maker, Keurig, and a blender are all available for your use as well. Cooking equipment, pots, and pans are provided in the kitchen.

In the dining area, there is plenty of seating for everyone. Dining table seats 6 and 3 more seats at the kitchen island barstools. Make sure and enjoy the views from the large window located next to the dining table.

The washer and dryer located in the cabin are free for guests to use.

Head outback where you will find a large and roomy, covered deck complete with a hot tub, grill, and outdoor dining table and seating. The fire pit, playground for children, horseshoe pit, and hammock are all nearby and viewable from the deck. Explore the seasonal creek located behind the cabin which will make for hours of fun. Indoor fireplace is seasonal, October 1-March 1
The Firepit is Temperature Controlled which Means it will Turn On and Off on its Own as it Reaches its Max Temp.

-SMOKING-
No smoking of any kind inside the cabin. You are more than welcome to smoke out at the fire pit or back deck. There are ashtrays provided on the back deck. Please make sure all doors and windows are closed.

-HOT TUB-
No standing, sitting, or jumping on hot tub cover
Keep hot tub covered when not in use
Do not add anything to the hot tub

-DOGS-
Maximum of 2 dogs
Max weight of 90lb per dog
No other pets accepted
Pets are not allowed on beds, couches, or any furniture
Pets are not allowed in hot tub
Any damage incurred by pet is guest responsibility
Undisclosed pets will result in $200 fee per pet
Guest is responsible for any extra cleaning fee
Large metal dog crate available upon request. Request must be 48 hours in advance of check in date to guarantee crate is available for your stay.
