Kölpinsee has been popular as a seaside resort for generations. Due to its central location on the island of Usedom, this place is an ideal starting point for various excursions. In Kölpinsee you will find restaurants, a fish smokehouse, a supermarket, a general practitioner, a riding stable and a bicycle rental, as well as a stop of the Usedomer Bäderbahn and a Heimatstube. In the centrally located "House of the guest" are the spa administration and a library. The comfortably furnished apartment is located in the house of the landlord with only a few minutes walk to the beach.

THIS APARTMENT IS SUITABLE ONLY FOR ADULT PEOPLE !!!This well maintained apartment is located in the 1st. First floor of a family house. From here it is only 400 meters to the Baltic Sea beach. With 55 m², the apartment has a living room, a bedroom with three beds, a kitchen (gas stove with 4 plates) and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The bed linen is included, please bring your own towels. A sitting area and the parking lot are right at the house. A WLAN connection is available.
