House Sanke - Sanke 2

This well maintained 45 square meter 2-room apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and is suitable for 2-4 persons. Aligned to the Baltic Sea in the direction of the promenade, you can already catch a glimpse of it. The apartment is brightly decorated in a modern country style. So you will find a living room with a cozy sofa with sleeping function (mattress 140 x 195) and the inviting dining area directly in front of floor-to-ceiling windows.  The kitchen unit integrated in the living area is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven etc. The bright bedroom has a double bed with separate mattresses (90x200) in comfort height and enough closet space. For a younger child is here either a sofa chair to unfold available. From the bedroom you have access to a sheltered south-east facing balcony, which spoils guests with the morning sun and invites you to linger. The modern bathroom with a small window has a bathtub with shower enclosure and vanity unit / WC. A small storage room in the stairwell belongs to the apartment. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. A bike rack is available at the house. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The lovingly restored villa with its attractive bay windows and balconies offers an eye-catcher from afar, the spacious grounds offer individual recreation in the countryside. You live not 100 meters to the fine sandy, very wide beach. As soon as you enter the magnificent promenade almost at your doorstep, you can enjoy the charm of the seaside resort with its famous pier and concert shell.
