This luxurious semi-detached holiday home in the OstseeResort Olpenitz extends over three floors. Nestled between the Schleim estuary and the water of the sailing harbour, you can enjoy a fantastic view over the water from almost every room in the holiday home. You can let your gaze wander over the marina as far as the Baltic Sea.



The bright and spacious living area of the house is on the ground floor. Here, as in the other rooms of the house, you can always enjoy a good view of the sailing boats, waves and seagulls thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. In summer, you can enjoy the sun and the view from two large terraces: on the upper floor, you can reach your private roof terrace from the small panorama studio and relax there in modern lounge furniture. The large terrace downstairs borders almost directly on the water and, thanks to the beach chair, offers perfect conditions for sunbathing even on windy days.



The sauna (with separate shower) is also located at the top of the studio, where you can warm up again after a long walk on the beach and perhaps watch the first autumn storm stirring up the water all around. The house is a holiday dream at any time of year! Please note that fishing is not permitted in the harbour basin.



The OstseeResort Olpenitz has a small bay with a sandy beach and the kilometre-long Baltic Sea beach, which stretches all the way down to Schönhagen, is not far away.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person.
