## Neighborhood
The Briou Barneville district of Rouen is located on the left bank of the Seine, close to the city centre. It is one of Rouen's outlying districts, but is still well connected to the conurbation.
Historically, Briou Barneville is a neighbourhood that has undergone significant development over the years, as Rouen has expanded beyond the historic centre. Like other outlying districts, it has been urbanised with the arrival of new infrastructure and the construction of residential housing.
In terms of services, Briou Barneville is well served by public transport, enabling residents to reach the centre of Rouen easily. Schools and local shops, as well as a number of green spaces and sports facilities, enhance life in the area, making it a pleasant place for families.
## Transit
There are several public transport and travel options available on Rouen's left bank.
1. Metro :
Rouen metro line 1 serves several stations on the left bank, with stops close to key locations such as Gare de Rouen Rive Droite and Café des Sports.
2. Tramway :
The T1 tramway line also runs on the left bank and connects various districts of Rouen.
It passes several points of interest, including hospitals and shopping areas.
3. Bus services :

Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the flat is located on the ground floor.
Arrivals can be made via the ArchiDuchesse Key Master from 16:00 until 20:00 and departures must be made no later than 11:00.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the flat, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
