Welcome to The Little Guy!
Don't let the name of this pristine beach cottage fool you – it is surprisingly roomy and so very happy inside! This cottage is located in the desirable Nubble Lighthouse neighborhood. Just about a 12 minute walk to Long Sands Beach or 15 minutes to the family friendly Short Sands Beach where you will find restaurants, shops, Bowl a Rama, Arcade fun and York's Wild Animal Kingdom.
You are also just a quick walk to Nubble Lighthouse and the famous Fox's Lobster House, open since 1966! Just a quick walk around the corner from the Fox's, is Dunne's Ice cream- just perfect for those summer nights!
The Little Guy is cute as a button with 2 roomy bedrooms and 1 spacious full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a King bed and Bedroom 2 has 2 twins which can be converted into a King upon request.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up a pre-beach breakfast to a Classic New England Lobster Bake for dinner! Sit outside in the front yard to do a little evening star gazing with a glass of wine or a frosty chilled brewski!
No need to pack bulky items like linens or towels, we supply them for you! You'll arrive at your beach retreat with crisp clean beds made, fluffy bath towels, a welcome gift of consumable products, starter supplies along with some local treats and a warm welcome to Maine!
