Honey Oasis

Well decorated and very comfortable homey oasis in a quiet neighborhood. Host left lights on for us since we’d be arriving at dark. Wry responsive to all communication. Home is decorated beautifully and was well appointed with all you could need!

We just spent our third Thanksgiving in Beatriz’s lovely home! Our daughter and her fiancee live in the area and celebrating in her property has become our new tradition! We highly recommend staying here!!

Nice house

This house was perfect for us to visit our granddaughter at college. Clean, quiet neighborhood, good location, host is super nice and very good at communicating. She did say they were getting ready to remodel bathroom and put in a walk in shower for senior visitors- which I am and that will be great. I hade to use basement shower which was a lot of steps. That is the only con to this house- shower and also needs taller toilet. There is one really big nice tv in the “sunroom”. We would have liked one more tv but it’s not a deal breaker. We will return here!

Just like home

We chose the homey ranch for our stay when visiting Rochester. I’m certainly glad we did. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend staying here

Very nice house to stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice having three bedrooms and two baths and a cozy living room. The location was perfect for our outings on the two days. We would be happy to stay there next year.

Charming house in a cute neighborhood

This house was perfect for our family with two small children. One level, easy to keep an ear on the kids, a nice little sunroom with a TV. Just a nice setup. It feels like you're in a home, not a sterile place. We loved the beautiful artwork. My kids also loved the fluffy blankets available. The back yard is beautiful and fenced in, we enjoyed some beautiful weather out there. The neighborhood is so sweet and quiet. It's close to a Wegman's (swoon) and Starbucks, but tucked away in a quiet residential area. We went into Rochester for the zoo, museums, etc. and had a wonderful time.

Fantastic Home away from Home

Beatriz has a wonderful home, and she is a warm and inviting host. We were so comfortable during our stay for UR graduation, and I wish I had known about her home for the 4 previous years! I highly recommend staying here for any UR or RIT or Med Center visits. Thank you so much for making our stay the best ever in Rochester!

Great, central location. Excellent communication with the host. Adorable backyard and art work around the home. Bedrooms were nice size. My only area of improvement would be the upstairs bathroom shower could use some more pressure/easier to adjust temp---but overall I would stay again!!

Graduation Celebration!

We needed a place to stay for the weekend to celebrate our son’s graduation from RIT. Beatriz home was perfect! This is one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. The home is spotless and well maintained, comfortable, well stocked for whatever you need and the yard is a huge plus. Beatriz went out of her way to make sure our family could enjoy and celebrate our son’s accomplishment. She was so thoughtful and so attentive. Thank you Beatriz!!!

Cozy Home

We stayed here as our base for our short trip to Rochester. The house was very clean and cozy so everyone enjoyed their stay. The owner was also very responsive which made the entire checkin and checkout process easy. Will definitely consider again next time we visit the area.

Home away from Home in NY!

I'm a mom of four from Kentucky. My oldest boy went away to college at Rochester Institute of Technology this year. My youngest son (14) and I went to visit him for just a few days on our Spring Break. This VRBO is going to be my go-to place to stay anytime we visit him again! It's SOOOOO homey and comfortable. It is just as described, super clean and beautifully decorated and the owner is quick to respond to messages. The house, yard and neighborhood made us feel at home and the location was central to downtown Rochester and RIT campus and just minutes away from restaurants and stores. Just writing this review makes me wish I was back in Henrietta.
