ATTENTION - NOT AS EXPECTED

Wed didn't have the best experience. The place is Ok. We checked in at 3:30 am after a long trip and the place was cold. The bedrooms were warm enough but the heater downstairs never worked. We called and texted the management company many times and they didn't respond quickly. The reason we chose this property vs a standard hotel room was because we wanted to have more space and enjoy the family room and have a kitchen after long hours of skiing. This never happened, the place was so cold we couldn't spend time in the family/kitchen area. We had breakfast and dinner with our jackets on. After many texts and calls they dropped off 2 mini-heaters but we were never informed that once they are plugged in the breakers would shut off. WHAT A MESS. In the middle of diner some appliances shut off and the wifi as well. After calling many times, they told us to check the breakers as they shut off when plugging the heaters. Really? I had to wake my husband up to check on the breakers. Honestly. we paid for a full townhouse and only used half of it. The manager wasn't to nice, she kept saying that the temperature was at 77 as she was monitoring it from the app, so i kept sending pictures of the thermostat to prove her wrong. I also asked her to send me a picture of the temperature history from the app and she never did. Another big problem is the garage. Trucks, SUVs do not fit in the garage and in front of it the space is so small that it took us 40 mins everyday to park. The driveway very small so you really need to know how to drive in narrow and small spaces. We only went for 4 days but we feel we didn't chose the right place. We are requesting a partial refund as this should be fair as the place was not in condition to be rented out. I wouldn't recommend this place.
