About this property

The non-smoking apartment (85 sqm) is located on the 1st Floor of the listed, carefully and ecologically renovated building from 1743 and is furnished in the style of the 50s / 60s. It has clay plaster, old half-timbering and floorboards. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200) and the other with 2 single beds (100x200). A large garden with sitting areas and grill invites you to relax. Cot and high chair are available. Pets are welcome.
Initial equipment including bed linen and towels, weekly change of linen 10 euros / pers.
The center of Rostock and the Baltic Sea beach of Warnemünde can be reached in 1/2 hour. Many other excursion destinations that are also interesting for children are in the immediate vicinity. The landlady will be happy to provide information.
In the same building there is another apartment ("Pastor Hauswedel", FEWO 2537445), a rented one-room apartment and the owner's apartment.

Sehr schön hergerichtetes Fachwerkhaus

In dem sehr schön hergerichtetem/sarniertem Fachwerkhaus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Auch für Kinder ist der Garten toll ausgestattet.

Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Ein Badeteich ist gleich um die Ecke und die Ostsee ist auch nicht weit.

Sehr schön

Eine sehr schöne saubere und schön eingerichtete Wohnung, auch kleinkindtauglich, in einem schönen alten Haus mit Garten, der im Sommer sicher auch toll ist. Und Frau Winkler ist sehr nett. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Dorf selbst ist bei weitem nicht so charmant wie Wohnung, Haus und Grundstück, aber die Ostsee ist ja nicht weit.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben die große Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern gemietet. Es entsprach den Bildern und somit unseren Vorstellungen. Es war sehr ruhig dort und wir würden gern wieder hin fahren.

Idyllische Unterkunft

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit idyllischem Garten mit Grillecke, Feuerschale, Schafen, Trampoline und dazu eingezäunt. Top bei kleinen Kindern. Unsere 2 jährige Tochter war happy :) Die Wohnung war sauber, im echten Vintage-Style eingerichtet und hatte eine super Ausstattung. Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Babyhocker, Fön, Mülltüten, ein paar Öle und Kaffee u.v.m., sodass wir nicht zu viel selbst mitbringen mussten. Uns hat auch die herzliche und freundliche Eigentümerin positiv begeistert. Es fühlte sich so entspannt an und Frau Winkler war auch super erreichbar, sodass wir alles gut abstimmen konnten. Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft und wir werden höchstwahrscheinlich auch wiederkommen, da Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto gut möglich waren und das Auto auf dem Grundstück sicher unterkam. Auf bald. Erholsame Woche im Grünen

Wir hatten eine herrliche Urlaubswoche, die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht und viele Stunden in dem idyllischem Garten verbracht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Objekt mit einer super unkomplizierten und freundlichen Vermieterin

Das alte Pfarrhaus mit den Ferienwohnungen ist sehr schön mit einem tollen Garten. Urlaub mit Hund ist dort optimal. Die Ferienwohnung ist interessant eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin absolut unkompliziert und sehr kundenorientierte. Dieses Objekt können wir nur empfehlen.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Die Vermieterin war ganz reizend, die Umgebung und die Fewo auch echt schön. Allerdings eignet sich die nähere Umgebung nicht fürs Radfahren, da es weit und breit keine Rad Wege gibt. Und man müsste wissen, dass mindestens der Hund der Vermieterin, in unserem Fall auch noch der Hund von anderen Gästen sich auf dem Areal aufhalten. Es wäre gut gewesen, das vorher zu wissen.

Gîte conforme à la description, dans un presbytère restauré avec goût. Propriétaire très accueillante, qui parle anglais et français. Bon emplacement pour découvrir les villes hanséatiques ou la darss. Seulement 1h30 des falaises de Rügen.

Ein kleines Paradies für Familie und Hund

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das große Grundstück ist perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund und Kindern. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, hier fehlt es an nichts. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Schönes Feriendomizil

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Sie war gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten hat einen schönen alten Baumbestand. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei und brauchten uns keine Sorgen zu machen ihn frei laufen zu lassen, da das Grundstück gesichert ist. Man muss nur wissen, dass es sehr ländlich ist und man in unmittelbarer Nähe nicht einkaufen kann. Uns hat es trotzdem sehr gut gefallen. Familie Conventz -Kloppe

Perfekt für Familien

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Vor allem der große Garten mit Schaukel und Häuschen und die tierischen Hofbewohner waren bei meinen Kindern sehr beliebt. Liebe Grüße aus Essen

hatten sehr schöne Tage im historischen Pfarrhaus

Hat uns viel Spaß gemacht. Waren mit unseren drei kleinen Kindern für 4 Nächte im historischen Pfarrhaus. Ist alles sehr geräumig und ein toller Ort für ein verlängertes Familienwochenende.

Der Hammer ganz toll :)

Wir sind so begeistert es ist so schön da gerade mit Hund perfekt. Ein tolles Haus mit tollem Grundstück alles eingezäunt, man kann die Hunde einfach frei lassen und muss sich keine Sorgen machen. Die Familie ist super lieb und so entspannt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Viele Grüße aus Dresden :)
