Amazing Beach Front! Villa 20

Located 20 minutes from the charming town of Rocky Point, our two-story, two-bedroom villa (#20) is on Playa Encanto - the perfect beach for families. You and/or your children will spend hours upon hours playing on miles of unspoiled sandy beach (no coral). Our two-story villa sits directly on Playa Encanto, so nothing blocks your view. It is a beautifully decorated, beach front property. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, bathroom and private balcony with ocean views. The other bedroom has two full beds and a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee maker, blender, toaster and microwave. The villa sits within a complex called Paradise Villas, which is made up of only 24 villas. Our villa is number 20, so it towards the end of the complex, making it even more serene and peaceful.

Always a nice getaway

Always nice to have the beach at your feet and a wee bit out of town to make sure things are on the quiet side.

Great beach!!

The property managers, Kivoya, were very responsive. The location is beautifully situated on a beach ready for hours of walking and finding incredible seashells. While the listing says no pets, several of the condos do allow pets and that at times was problematic.

We had a lovely stay and will return to this villa again. Clean, close to Sea of Cortez , excellent shell picking and beautiful surroundings.

Nice and private area. The maintenance team kept everything orderly and clean throughout the whole stay. #20 was clean and had everything needed to have a great stay!

Great Vacation

It was a nice vacation with our family. The house was very clean. It was missing coffee, an iron and a broom to take out the sand. so make sure you take all grocery items that you may need no basic amenities provided. But it still was a wonderful stay!

Excellent Property

We have stayed at Paradise Villas previously and enjoy the location and beach. This unit was well stocked, clean and met all our expectations. The property management team was top notch and responded to questions or problems immediately. My only suggestion would be to add higher chairs on the upper balcony to really appreciate the wonderful views and a small table for coffee or drinks
