Dreckig und schlechter Service

Wir haben dieses Objekt aufgrund der Bilder in der Anzeige gebucht. Ganz besonders hat uns hier die Lage und das gepflegte Objekt gelockt. Vor Ort haben wir jedoch feststellen müssen, dass das Objekt total verschmutzt war. Nach Rückfragen bei der Agentur Novasol wurde uns erklärt das der Eigentümer scher erkrankt sei. Man versprach Nachbesserung. Diese Nachbesserung erfolgte, jedoch sehr lustlos und ungenügend! Weiterhin befand sich das Objekt in einem sehr desolaten Zustand. Matratzen und Bettwäsche waren vergilbt und haben nach Schweiß gerochen! Eine der Zugangstüren lies sich nicht mehr verschließen. Der Kühlschrank war verschmutzt genauso wie der Herd.
