The home has undergone a complete renovation over the last year and ready to host you and your group. The home is a non-smoking non-pet home and very clean! The home is perfect for entertaining and is one block away from excellent restaurants and shopping on Frankfort avenue.
Since Derby is such a big event for our community and most people plan their lodging well in advance - this reservation is non-refundable after 3 months prior to the first day of the reservation.
