This stunning 3 bedroom plus two sofa beds with double mattresses/ 2.5 bathroom home is newly renovated and minutes from the regions famous Starlight Stadium and other local favorites.
Home features hot water on demand.(never runs out) Air conditioning. Living room and family room. Two TVs. Lots of room for the extended family or kids to spread out.
We also offer a dream kitchen with tons of counter space for the chef or baker in the group.

The space
This stunning and extremely spacious 3 bedroom is newly renovated top to bottom, including a brand new kitchen with gas range. On the main floor, you'll find a large living room and dining room, which leads into the kitchen. Off of the kitchen is a separate family room with new 4K 50" TV and powder room. All bedrooms are upstairs (Primary with en-suite), along with a second full bath and laundry room. Take advantage of the (nearly) year-round temperate weather in Victoria on the deck off the kitchen, with gas BBQ

Fabulous Property

Awesome place to stay home away from home. House had everything we needed and more. Great communication and we loved the added bonus of having "Hershey" greet us whenever we arrived home. Fabulous location as only five to ten minutes away from everything. Great for family groups as so much room. Highly recommend.

Nicely renovated, all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were all very comfy no complaints. Perfect location easy access to everything. Close to the galloping goose trail for easy morning walks. Would return again

Wonderful home away from home for large family

Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay. The house was very well set up for our needs and gave us room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking and the host was quick and helpful in responding to questions. The welcome basket was also a nice treat! We found the house to be very well situated for our needs as well. Easy to get in to Victoria and also to head out towards Sooke. We would definitely stay here again!

Langford house

Great family or friends house with 2 living rooms and 2.5 baths, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning. Great hosts and fun dog that visits if you want. Hershey is a loving cockapoo. Remodeled with beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. Lots of hot water for 7 people and well stocked kitchen.

Excellent group accommodation while in town for wedding

We were visiting Langford for our friend’s wedding this past weekend and Tim’s place was the perfect accommodation for our group of 9 adults. The location was close to Victoria, 8 min drive to Hatley Castle and close to shops and restaurants. Plus the Galloping Goose trail and transit were just down the street. A very walkable place! Everything was clean and organized and Tim was great to communicate with. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was a good size for cooking group meals. We enjoyed our evenings in the living room with the fire crackling beside us. The views at the back of the house of the nature reserve were very beautiful and we also enjoyed a morning walk around Glen Lake. The highlight of our stay was getting to play with Tim’s dog Hershey - what a sweet girl. We gladly accepted her inside to hang out with us! Tim’s care and attention to ensuring we had a comfortable stay was greatly appreciated. You were one of the best hosts I have had! Thank you! I would absolutely recommend staying here.

We had a great time in the house and it has all the amenities in the house. The couple were very kind and respectful. What I would suggest is that the curtain in the second bathroom be washed after each family. Other than that. I would recommend this house

Spacious Clean and Comfortable House

The Pros: Roomy home, very clean, nicely renovated, comfortable beds and furniture, large functional well-equipped kitchen, not a lot of unnecessary knick knacks, huge shopping centre close by, communicative and responsive hosts. Great time.

This rental was in an excellent location for visiting parks and beaches. The residence gave us plenty of space and had everything we needed. Nessa and Tim were great at responding immediately to any issue we had. And Hershey was absolutely adorable. I highly recommend this rental.

Great choice

This property worked well for us. There was plenty of space in the house, a nice deck and beautiful backyard. It served as a nice oasis at the end of each long day of activities. Location was good. Communication with Tim was easy and timely.

Quick respond and nice place

This is a not an entire place for VRBO, only upper layer. Basement was rented separately. This place has dog in basement so be careful if anyone allergic to animal. Overall is clean place, easy to find, 20min away from downtown Victoria.

Fantastic

Ironman 70.3 stay

My dad and I stayed at Tim and Nessa’s for the Ironman 70.3 event. Their house was very comfortable and cozy! Communication with them was amazing! They always responded within an hour if not sooner. They allowed me to be flexible on the check-in time as we were getting into Victoria early. Beds were very comfortable and they had all of the cooking utensils you need. We also had an afternoon visitor named Hershey who would come up and bark at the back door so she could come in and say hi. She was super sweet and made it feel like home. I would highly recommend staying here on your trip to Victoria.

This house was exactly what we were looking for and very affordable for our family reunion! Thank you Tim for being so accommodating and so quick to get back to us with answers to our many questions. My wife Nessa and I are here to please. We are retired with one daughter that lives in New York. We have one small dog.
Hershey is a four year old cockapoo that demands lots of our attention. She is so happy and loving. Her whole body wiggles when she greats you. The home and yard are set up so that the dogs can be a part of your stay or not. You get to decide if she are welcome or not. We totally understand that not everyone is a dog lover.

Why they chose this property

Our home is located on a frog sanctuary that offers tons of space for everyone to congregate or find their own quiet corner. The view off the balcony offers a chance to relax with a cool beverage or a cup of coffee in the morning where you can see all kinds of wildlife. Deer, racoons, squirrels with a wide selection of birds are regular visitors. Hawks, turkey vultures, eagles, doves, partridges, quail, robins, humming birds, owls and an assortment of small birds. The home is Sparkling clean, quiet, and well laid out. It has lots to offer for a small family or larger group whether it be for the weekend or a long term stay. We all look forward to hosting you. What makes this property unique

The home itself has undergone an extensive renovation. We put a lot of time and thought into making it a comfortable getaway for our guests. It has a heat pump on the upper floor that offer heat in the winter, and the more than ever needed AC in the summer. We also have a fully equipped wood stove that is so beautiful and calming on those chilly winter evenings. The floorplan offers enough space that the larger groups can mingle and enjoy each other comfortably, but get away to your own space if that is what you need. We hosted thirty people for Christmas dinner one year and it was comfortable and amazing.
We are close enough for all things in the greater Victoria area but also uniquely situated around the corner from starlight stadium for the rugby, football, or soccer matches. we are also just a couple of minutes off the highway if you would like to shoot up island to visit some of the other amazing vacation or tourist spots that the island has to offer. Being on the west shore also provides the best shopping, hiking/ biking options.
