Bonus: The rental rate you see includes a Damage Waiver Fee which covers up to $2,500 in unintended damage to the house during your stay (you must disclose the damage to us).
The garage is not available for guest use, except to access the washer/dryer. There's ample off-street parking along the circular driveway and in front of the garage.
Renter must agree to provide gov’t photo ID, sign separate rental contact, and sign an acknowledgement of the strict Palm Springs City Rental Rules at check-in -- all if this is required for all vacation rentals by the City of Palm Springs. Absolutely no music is allowed to be heard outside the house. No parties allowed.
