Simple and nice neighborhood

The house was as described. Traveled for the weekend with teens and another adult. Plenty of room for all us. The neighborhood is nice and there wasn’t any questionable activities going on. We weren’t really at the house as we were in town for a horse show. Enjoyed the close proximity to the horse show grounds (5 minute drive). The kids braved the cold pool (not heated and no option for it to be heated which is in the description of the property). Would have enjoyed a little guidance as to what to do on our final day (there is no welcome book guide like I’ve had for other rentals), so I had to use my previous experience as to what usually needs to be done. Check in instructions were provided a little late in my opinion. I like to have all the information a few days before I travel but I received them morning of my arrival. However, host was kind enough to allow us to have an early check in so that was wonderful. Overall, nice place to stay and would stay again. Thank you!

Clean, quiet and comfortable

Quiet neighborhood with no through traffic. Very convenient location near the intersection of Arizona highways 51 and 101, 10 to 30 mins from almost everywhere in the Phoenix metro. Large master with a very nice walk-in shower--that is just steps from the pool. Big dinning-kitchen-livingroom space---with a wonderful, giant screen entertainment center (many, many channels and apps). Full and well-equipped kitchen. Patio next to the pool with a fireplace and an orange tree---the gave us fresh-picked oranges. All in All, a wonderful setting for our 'down time' in Phoenix.
