Nicely renovated condo 2 minute walk to the beautiful Cocoa Beach. The colorful beach decor inside will make you feel like you were already at the beach. This is a light and cheery corner unit with easy access to courtyard and parking. Condo is fully furnished with all the comforts required for a day or a week at the beach. Small complex, only 14 units. Everything inside the condo is new including beds, flooring, furniture, air conditioning and all appliances. Great unit, great location for that Florida beach community lifestyle! Condo has a wonderful courtyard for relaxing after a day at the beach. Conveniently located in Cocoa Beach, close to everything and within walking distance to pier, restaurants, activities. Daily, Weekly, Monthly rates available

Great location!

Stayed here for two nights prior to a cruise with wife and two kids. It was perfect for us. One block to the beach and close to other cocoa beach attractions. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Overnight vacation accommodation

Overall our stay was very good. Although there was some stains on the sheets. The host was very responsive and the property was very clean except for the bed linens. I would stay there again . Location was very important to the port and worked very well

Condo was not beachside as described and is upstairs, not handicap accessible. It is a nice unit needing some dusting and floor cleaning.

Overall Good Option

This property is really convenient as it’s located about halfway between Port Canaveral and downtown Cocoa Beach so you can get to either in just a few minutes. Plus it’s one block from a really quiet section of the beach but walkable to the pier and more activity. As for the condo itself, it worked for our family for the two nights we were there. We were disappointed with how dirty it was upon our arrival - mostly there was a bunch of sand and dirt on the floors (I had to sweep them completely) and on the counters! Also some of the silverware was a bit dirty. The condo is pretty basic - not much if you really intend to cook. But the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was adequate, and the kitchen was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were happy with our choice.

The condo is nice for the price. Close to the beach and other amenities. We have ended up supplying our own paper products such as toilet paper. The washer and dryer are not in the unit but located in the building and are coin operated.

Great experience

This was our second time staying at this property. It is a short walk to the beach, and a pretty quiet area. We have enjoyed our stay both times. The property manager is easy to get in touch with and very responsive.

Stayed 2 nights for a fishing trip. Enjoyed walking to beach and the quiet neighborhood. Nice outdoor common space on second floor for talking and hanging out. Washer/dryer is not in unit and you must pay.

Great location in Cocoa Beach

This is the third time we have stayed at this condo and we are never disappointed. It is steps from the beach and close to many restaurants. Dee Dee is a great host and will answer any questions you may have. There were several rocket launches while we were there. You can see them from the beach or take a short drive from the condo for a better view. We also enjoy strolling around the neighborhood in the mornings. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Clean house, easy process!

The house was really clean, which was great! The communication with the host was wonderful! The listing did mention that a washer/dryer was available as an amenity, but it was never mentioned that it’s a community washer/dryer. I did reach out to the host to ask a question specifically about the washer/dryer and it still wasn’t mentioned that it’s a community set. To some, this is no big deal, but to some it is. Other than that, the check in process was super easy and it was a great location by everything! We were able to rent bikes from down the street and ride bikes everywhere we wanted to go!

Happy it was only 2 days

Not enough pillows, no salt (listing says there are spices)… okay fine. But also, no body soap in the shower, no shampoo or conditioner and no tissues. When I asked for these items (pillows, tissues, soap) the host was borderline rude. The space itself is also not very clean… it’s tidy, but not clean. And the towels are old. This was not a place I would want to stay again.

Nice place

This is a condo within a complex on a busy street, but road noise wasn't an issue. Very nicely decorated and close to the beach. Extensively stocked kitchen. It was great for us to prepare our meals. The only things I wasn't aware of were: this is a second floor condo with 15 steps. Hard for us to maneuver with all our luggage. Also, washer and dryer aren't in unit and cost to use.

Great location

The condo unit was exactly as described and within an easy 5 minute walk of the beach. Once on the beach it was also a comfortable walk down to the pier. Only issue we had was the air conditioning unit wasn’t working. When I notified the owner he stopped over within 10 minutes. He then went to the hardware store to get a part and had the A/C working within another 30 minutes. Much appreciated promptness!! Overall great experience. Thanks!!

Great Space for a Beach Getaway!

My family loved our stay here! The hostess was very responsive to messages and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our week at the beach. The beach access is just a block away which made it easy to walk with our gear to enjoy the beautiful beach! We hope to stay here again on our next trip back to the area!
