Great place

This was a wonderful choice for our family. Space to relax. Nice kitchen. Pool and hot tub. Lovely out door space. Manatees at the dock several times.

Beautiful home, convenient location!

The home delivered the paradise vacation we were looking for. The pool, hot tub, lagoon and deck provided the perfect place e to relax, unwind and create memories. The host was accessible and accommodating. If you are looking to have a “cheeseburger in paradise” this is the spot, fire up the grill, pour a drink and relax, this place checks all the boxes. We look forward to our next visit, as all of the excursions, restaurants and sites are conveniently located to this spot! Don’t hesitate, you won’t regret this beautiful paradise!

Great Location & Wonderful Place for Multi-generational Family Vacation

We loved the pool & hot tub!! Ideal access to Tavernier Creek & the Bayside by boat! The house has a great open layout to entertain the entire family. This was our second time, & we’re looking forward to our next trip already!!

Perfect family home!

We’ve stayed at Summer Breeze multiple times and always feel right at home!! This home is in a great location to all our favorite boating spots! The rooms are perfect for our family and the open floor plan upstairs is great for fun evenings at home. The pool and hot tub are a huge plus!

Great house, back yard and dock area was perfect. Very relaxing. Great sunsets from upper deck. Easy fishing from dock with manatees floating by daily. Fantastic restaurants nearby.

This home was amazing in every way. Loved being in the water. Pool was beautiful. Everything was spotless. Mark was amazing. Next time, we will have a boat to enjoy on the water though.

Great experience

The house was extremely nice and as pictured and described. Neighborhood was quiet and other homes well maintained. Outdoor space was perfect for family time. Canal and surrounding waters were very navigable. Easy access to the Atlantic in 15 minutes. Close to numerous restaurants and groceries. Would rent again!

Perfect Vacation!

We absolutely loved staying at this incredible home. Mark was excellent to work with and returned communications promptly. The proximity to the Gulf and the Atlantic by boat was very ideal. We caught several very nice size lobsters literally 5 minutes from the house in the Gulf Side Bay at the end of the canal. The neighborhood was very clean, safe and friendly. The pool, hot tub and dock were very nice amenities along with the kayak. I would highly recommend this home for a wonderful Florida Keys experience. Safe travels!

Excellent house with all the amenities

this is a great location with easy access to hwy 1, not far to restaurants, shopping or sightseeing. Beautiful home great layout for entertaining. We rented a girls weekend and it was amazing. House had everything you could need. Great state park mile marker 83.2 hammock curry. We found an excellent restaurant right off hwy 1 past holiday inn heading north The Conch House great local fare and owners were delightful! Cannot say enough positive things about this house. Been here 3 times already and can't wait to go again!

Wow, what a great place!

We had 7 adults and two children ther for 12 days and never felt crowded. The children were always in thhe pool and the location was perfect for us. So many things to do in the keys, we are already talking about coming back. The owner was very thoughtful by providing detailed instructions as to how everything worked and recommendations as for local restaurants and activities. We went deep sea fishing, took in Theater of the Sea, went to Key West for the day and went to Miami for the day. My family agreed this was our best vacation as it was very relaxed. There were a few days where we just wanted to relax by the pool and barbeque. We were very happy with our accomedations and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful weather location and home.

WE had such a great time. Everything worked perfectly. House was clean well maintained and a pleasure to come vacation in. Easy to find and get to. The instructions for everything were detailed and concise. Founders Beach was perfect. Overall a great time. One weird item the alarm system randomly went off once or twice which was weird. However, after resetting it seemed o.k. Other then the alarm (which was no big deal at all) a dream vacation. Thanks Mark for letting us use your home.

Relaxing in the Keys

Mark, we want to personally thank you for providing such a lovely home for our vacation. We really just wanted to relax by the pool with friends and that is exactly what we did. You were very gracious to work with and provided us exceptional service. The home was spottless and very workable in every way. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We do rent homes frequently for our vacations and we definately would rate your home in the top 5. The men went fishing with your neighbor across the street and we would recommend him to everyone. If we had anything to suggest it would be to have a couple full length mirrors in the bedrooms for the women or at least a mirror on the wall. You could even put the mirror in the closet of the one bedroom upstairs with the queen bed. Another thing we would have used would have been a couple of fishing poles for the dock behind the house. We would definatly recommend your home to our friends and family.

The property and house were in excellent condition

Mark (property owner) and Tom (maintenance) were both great. A lot of times the photos you see online lead you to believe you are getting more than you actually are. Not in this case, the house was amazing. I had one small issue with the internet due to the hurricane and they took care of it immediately and even upgraded the cable! The house was clean and even though I was told it was built 9 years ago I was confident when I arrived it was built within the last couple of years due to the way they continuously maintain it. The pool is kept right at 87 degrees during the swimming hours and is just perfect. The kitchen had a stand alone ice maker which was fantastic for getting large amounts of ice. It also had a beverage cooler that was perfect for keeping drinks cold and keeping the refrigerator space free for food. The kitchen itself was well equipped and easy to cook in. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were amazing. The dock area was very nice and had a kayak that we only used once but was a lot of fun. The next door neighbors Scott and Robin were also very pleasant. Scott is a Charter Captain so my 4 year old son and I took a half day trip with him. We caught 33 fish and had a blast! We look forward to returning in the near future! Also I should mention that I don’t ever write reviews but in this case I felt it was definitely necessary.

A wonderful house and location

We stayed at the house for 7 nights. There were 10 people, my mother from Saskatchewan, Canada who is in her 70’s, an unmarried brother in his 50’s from Saskatchewan, Canada, a married brother in his 50’s from Singapore, his children who are in their 20’s, one from South Korea, one from Canmore, Alberta, Canada, and one from Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, myself and my husband and 26 year old daughter all from Kansas. The location was great, centrally located with lots to see and do. The house was perfect for us, just a place to spend Christmas and catch up. We cooked a Christmas dinner complete with turkey and fixings, played games, used the kayak, spent some time exploring the Keyes, watched movies and played a lot of games. We pushed the dining room table up to the island in the kitchen and were able to seat all 10 of us at the table when we ate. It was cold every day except one, too cold to use the pool, but on that one day we were able to use the pool, we loved it and spent most of the day using the pool toys provided. The hot tub never really worked as expected, because of the cold days we would have liked to use it all day and not just after 3 pm. Plus it seemed to take longer to heat up than it should have and if we didn’t get in it right after it heated up it would shut off and we would have to wait again. That is the only complaint after 7 days. Everything we needed was provided and the beds were comfortable. We would come again if we come to the Keyes again.

Exceeds Expectation

Gorgeous piece of property with fun wildlife right off the dock on the canal. We were a party of 8 with a 2year old, 6 year old, 8 year old, and 5 grown-ups. The space suited us quite well. The twin beds all had trundle pull-outs that could adjust to split full size beds - maybe not ideal for a couple to sleep on, but perfect for kids or a solo grown up! There were pool toys on-site, including some snorkeling sets, some sand buckets, a few beach towels (if you're a large group - bring a few extra beach towels). The kitchen was super well-appointed with blender, drink cozies, some dishwasher detergent (which is not always provided at VRBOs), all the cookware needed to make a good meal, plastic glasses for by the pool, a wine fridge, ice machine and good drinking water from the fridge. Washer and Dryer were accessible and included a couple of starter things of soap. Pictures don't do the place justice We wanted a home we could quarantine in and this was perfect. We saw a crocodile and some manatees from the kayak - we saw manatee and nurse sharks from the dock along with tons of little fish. We rented a boat from A1 Water sports and although a little beat up - it got the job done and made for a super fun day! Would not recommend Morada Bay as a restaurant - great for the view - but dont expect any level of customer service. MM88 was fantastic for the view, the service AND the food and had live music on Friday as well. Robbies was fantastic for feeding the tarpin but watch out for the pelicans - my daughter was watching a fish when a pelican snuck up behind her and snatched it out of her hand - we had mixed reviews at Made2Order but great for a small group for sure. and be sure to grab a key lime pie from the trading post. We would definitely rent here again and our son (6) said he wants to buy and it and live there forever! Thanks so much! You cannot rent from a responsive and responsible owner. Thanks Mark

Perfect family getaway

From the moment we pulled up to the pristine dock on our 22ft boat, we felt like we were home! Great spot on a charming canal in a lovely neighborhood. The location couldn’t be better for day cruising and exploring the beautiful waterways. Moreover, since Islamorada offers everything we wanted to do and more, we were perfectly satisfied. Other than everything I thing in the house being comfortable and clean, We especially loved having the huge kitchen, filtered water and a large ice maker at our convenience each day. Will stay again!
