Second time to stay at Jasper House. Love the house, the location , the porches and all of the room. The owner is so accessible and a pleasure to interact with. Hope to make this an annual tradition!

Jasper Getaway
We enjoyed our stay in this historic house. It is what it says.. 120 yrs old with eclectic decor. The owner had all the AC units on and cooled off the house before we arrived which was much appreciated. We enjoyed all of the porches/screened in rooms as well as the huge bedrooms and comfy beds. It was a great fit for our group and the dogs. The backyard could definitely use some TLC and wasnt very accessible with all the over growth but the dogs didnt mind. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Our annual Thanksgiving trip to Jasper was made even more wonderful by the use of this home. Traditionally, we stay outside of town with Jasper being the jumping off point for our daily activities but decided chose this home because of its apparent charm. We were not disappointed. The home is beautiful, cozy and had everything that we needed. As with any historic home, it had a few quirks but that only added to its charm. We had plenty of room, the heaters worked well, the array of porches was wonderful, kitchen well stocked for our needs, communication with the manager easy and the fenced backyard was helpful with dogs. It was within walking distance of dining and the park. If you are looking for a completely renovated, sterile cube this home may not be for you. If you appreciate historical places and understand that a 120 year home may come with a few minor quirks, you will thoroughly enjoy all that this home has to offer. My family and I will definitely be back!
My family and I really enjoyed Jasper and the surrounding area. This home has all the amenities and eveything works but has a few quirks. We were able to communicate with the owner very easily and check in early. While the house is an antique, the yard and patio could use a lot of TLC. We found the kitchen in a disarray with pest control pods all over, dirty pots and pans and dirty rugs upstairs.
The personal opinion part: the beds were not very comfortable and in need of replacing. This home has a ton of potential and was a good deal for the price.
This house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space & had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the front porch & playing family games at the big table. We also loved the little town. The host was very nice! Definitely would stay again! We loved this place!
Pros: The beds were great. Nicely stocked kitchen. Good kitchen area to gather around the table. The neighbor Kathy was exceptionally helpful.
Cons: The whole house needs a deep clean. Cobwebs, many burned out light bulbs. The yard is terribly overgrown. I get it that it's 120 years old but it needs loving attention. It could be spectacular!
Great stay, kind of dusty with some cobwebs. Otherwise we loved it and the old house had a ton of charm with a whimsical garden outside. Feels like staying at my hippie great grandma’s place. Very fun with eclectic decor.
Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. House is right off from town center and very accessible to everything in Jasper.

Led a party of 6 overnight for a kayaking trip and found the property to exactly suit our needs. Antique house with unusual decor had nice individual rooms. They even fufilled my request for additional air matresses.
We loved the property! It was very spacious and clean. We had everything we could need and our host made sure we had extra space heaters since it was so cold. We will definitely stay at the Jasper House the next time we visit the area.

Lives the house
Loved the house. The house itself was beautiful and clean. The outside of the property needs a good cleanup.
What a neat older house! Our family enjoyed being “in town” but still feeling like we were out on our own! Close to stores if needed but situated in a quiet neighborhood and my dogs sure enjoyed the fenced in yard!
Our group was very pleased w where we were. Great property close to all the routes that we traveled on our bikes.
We all would stay here again. great property and the neighborhood is great. close to ozark restaurant they have great service and food.
Easy check in, liked the big house with nice shady porches, screened in area and sunroom areas. The jacuzzi tub upstairs was great! Liked having a good washer and dryer for all our towels after a long day at the river. Never could get the light to work in the living room.

Nasty.... Not clean
2 maggots on the sink, dirty dishes in dish washer, poop stuck to inside toilet. Kitchen table sticky. Will not return to this property and May not go threw Vrbo. Oh I have pictures if needed. And we paid a cleaning fee... That's a joke!!.
Beautiful historic home in a beautiful little town
A great old home in the most beautiful area of Arkansas there’s so many cool retro details to the house and eccentric decor. Communion with the host was easy enough and she was very polite going above and beyond leaving a nice note with a bottle of wine for us at check in. I love this area so I plan on staying here again in the future 5/5
We never got to stay the night. We dropped off our luggage and went to the Beckham Creek Cave for a
Wedding and got lost on the way back and ended in Clarksville so we just went home Our relatives went and picked up our stuff the next day.
