Our beach house is conveniently located just 3 short blocks from the beach on the ocean side of the road. Private beach and bay access in the neighborhood conveniently accessed with provided parking passes. Blue Angel flight training area generally practicing 2 or 3 days a week in the morning. Golf cart available upon request fee schedule sent to you upon request. Choose our freshly remodeled home for your family beach escape. We have plenty of parking for your family gathering.

Little Mini Family Vaca

The overall experience was good. The house was clean and had everything we needed excluding food items of course. The house itself needs some renovations as there were soft spots in the floor, walls were warped and pealing in the living room, grounds were partially grown up and the patio was not clean. We had an issue with wasp when we first got there, but after contacting the owner he had the property manager come and spray. Plus he also swept around the outside roof and deck area's for any nest. The owner(s) were exceptionally nice and any problem we had (like when we locked ourselves out of house one day) they helped us out!!!

Overall, our stay was pleasant. We would stay there again. The close proximity to the beach was nice, and the house, for the most part, was great. However, there were a few things bothered us during our stay. The first problem we had was finding multiple roaches in different rooms of the house. Next, was the dirtiness of the floors. The floors were not terrible, but they would have greatly benefited from being swept and mopped one more time. Of course, it is a beach and no matter how well you clean, there will still be some sand, however, the amount of, not only sand, but dirt on the floors, was too much for our satisfaction. The road leading up to the house had multiple very large potholes. There was some trash below the deck and in the yard. Also, the house would have benefited from a larger washing machine and dryer. With the number of towels one uses at the beach, it can be difficult to keep up with the laundry due to the size of the machines they had. As previously stated, our stay was pleasant, and we would stay there again, but the property had plenty of room for improvement.
