Achtung: Die Aufmachung und die Realität der Anzeige klaffen weit auseinander.
Die Bilder der Anzeige stimmen nicht mit dem Zustand des Objektes überein. Durch die hygienischen Zustände war die Wohnung aus unserer Sicht nicht bewohnbar. Deshalb haben wir die Wohnung wieder verlassen und den Schlüssel bei der Vermieterin abgegeben. Angesprochen auf die hygienischen Zustände reagierte die Vermieterin mit Unverständnis. Sie weigerte sich die Zahlung für die Miete zurück zu erstatten und drohte, bei einer negativen Bewertung, mit rechtlichen Schritten per sofort geschriebener Mail. Eine Empfehlung für dieses Objekt können wir leider nicht aussprechen.

Freundliche Vermieterin :)
Die Vermieterin ist super lieb und hat uns freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung selber ist ganz schön aufgebaut und man hat genügend Platz (wir waren zu dritt). Die Küchenausstattung ist bescheiden und es fehlt leider der Geschirrspüler, der in der Beschreibung mit angegeben ist. Im Badezimmer fehlt eine vernünftige Deckenleuchte, sodass man nur das Licht vom Spiegelschrank zur Verfügung hatte (hat in unserem Fall gereicht, da wir im Sommer da waren)

Korte vakantie
Detmold is een leuke, gezellige stad met veel historie. We hebben genoten van de stad en de omgeving. Het appartement is knus en schoon. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Incl. Handdoeken en beddengoed. Vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw. Bakker en supermarkt op loopafstand. Zeer geschikt voor een korte vakantie.

On arrival we were greeted by the lovely and friendly owner Sybille. She was so jolly and coped very well with the three of us as we were so excited to be back in the area in which we had once lived. We hope to visit the area every year and would certainly look at using this property again and would definitely recommend it to people...

Sehr nett, sehr gute Lage, sehr empfehenswert. Hundefreundlich.
Sehr nette Vermieterin, sehr sauber, Parkplatz am Haus, fußläufig in die Innenstadt. Begrüßungsgetränk und Abschiedsgeschenk. Wirklich empfehlenswert!

schöne gemütliche wohnung
Helle modern eingerichte wohnung. Aufpassen auf schrägen und dachbalken. Treppenhaus mit holztreppen wird noch renoviert. Zentrale lage und guter bäcker in der nähe.
