This updated cozy cottage sits on 5 acres with a bubbling creek, tucked away in a private cove, yet is centrally located to all the best of Western NC. You'll love sitting on the spacious deck or enjoying the firepit surrounded by the trees. This nook of the woods feels far away from everything, but is just 3 minutes to Dillsboro, 9 minutes from Sylva main street, 20 to Cullowhee. These towns have excellent restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and unique stores. GOOD CELL SERVICE, and WIFI. The cottage is near the end of a private gravel road with only a couple houses along the way leading up to it. Important note!: The gravel road DOES NOT require 4 wheel drive, but it is bumpy and rocky in spots and does require a high clearance vehicle. We do not recommend sedans or low riding cars. Just take it slow for the 2 minutes of road to the house. Sometimes the best places are just slightly off the beaten path! :)

It was nice. Loved the flowers in the yard. Did not like traveling on Bart Rd. Very rough. Would suggest sturdier chairs at the table. One the screw came out was able to put it back but did not feel safe afterwards. Otherwise is was good.
Owners were very accommodating and the home was very quaint and secluded!
We were 15 minutes from Cherokee,Sylva and Dillsboro.A little over 20 to Cherokee!
We had 6 adults and our Dog and we had plenty of space.
The beds were very, very comfortable (Foam Mattesses) and that’s always a plus for me!
We will definitely be back and encourage you to stay as well!

House was exactly what we were looking for. It was private but close everything. We enjoyed the front porch and fire pit in the evenings. Would stay here again.
We had the best time staying here. The house was clean and cozy and just a short drive to Sylva. There's also a cow that lives next door who likes to have his head scratched. Will definitely go back!!
