Fun in indy

This house is in a great location, close enough to The Garage to walk, can hop on the bike/walk path and just five minute drive to downtown. The host was quick to respond to our questions. Fully furnished kitchen with coffee pot and Keurig, soaps in bathrooms and very fluffy towels. Hot tub was bubbling! Will definitely stay again.

Holiday Weekend Getaway

This place is excellent—so much room and things for everyone. We played air hockey all hours of the day and night. There was a bedroom upstairs for the kids, with an entertainment area to play their Xbox and games: a big living room, kitchen, and dining area. We watched football in the hot tub with a video projector. The Owner was very friendly and helpful. We ran out of dishwasher pods, and she delivered them within an hour. We told her we were going to Kroger anyway, but she still delivered. I would recommend 10/10 and will be staying again.

Great place for gathering

We had 5 families that were very comfortable having a great gathering space as well as the bedroom space to get away from everyone if needed. The kids loved the upstairs entertainment area.

Above and beyond

Beautiful home, comfortable beds and furnishings, they yhought of everything! Snacks and waters were an extra nice touch. We had 6 people with 5 staying so more than enough room. Hot tub and table firepit was nice on a cold December night. Highly recommend!

Grand Nationals Band trip

We stayed in Indy for four nights to attend a band competition at Lucas Oil Stadium. 9 of us stayed at the home. It was close to the stadium area and in a very safe area. Newly remodeled, and very clean. We also appreciated the amenities like shampoo/conditioner in the showers, coffee and bottles of water, and snacks in the kitchen! We will plan to stay again when we return to Indy.

Perfect Retreat

This beautiful home was the perfect place for our stay. Plenty of room to get some quite alone time, and great spaces to gather for meals, conversation, and games. The place was clean and well appointed with items needed to cook meals and the complimentary snacks were nice to grab on the go. We had all the groceries we needed for our stay delivered from a nearby Kroger and it was so convenient (and inexpensive) not to have to eat every meal out. The host was very responsive to questions and immediately corrected one small issue we had with a dead battery on a room lock. Looking forward to staying here on our next visit!

Great house and amenities

We stayed two nights, big bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms made it great! The outdoor space is everything anyone could ask for. The whole place was great and we will probably be back! Great quality of every thing in and out of the house. Can’t say enough good things!

This property was the perfect choice for our group of 5. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well-stocked with everything we could need. It was clean and comfortable. It was convenient to many locations downtown As a group of 5 women, we felt safe and pampered!

Perfect host readily available easy to contact. Home was amazing had 3 grills (pellet, gas and charcoal). All the little touches that make a good stay great were in place. Games, aroma, TV aps just a perfect stay.

Perfect home for a family gathering

The home was perfectly suited for our large family come in to town to celebrate our daughter’s wedding! The bedroom on the main floor with a full bathroom was great for grandparents to stay and not have to worry about navigating up to the second or third floor. The backyard was picture perfect and gave a great location to hang out, visit and soak in the hot tub. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need for a large group.. with ample towels, blankets, games, dishes and more. The host even pampered us with water bottles in each room and bathroom toiletries in each bathroom/shower. They really thought of everything! While the weekend was full of wedding festivities, because it was so close, we were able to sneak in some time to enjoy Mass Ave! What a perfect location to enjoy all that area has to offer!

Nice location wonderful host and amenities

The host was so responsive and everything was easy. This is a terrific house - clean with all the amenities you could need. So nice having a hot tub for relaxing and the kids could play in the field across the street. Nice walking distance to bagel and coffee shop. We really enjoyed getting food at The Garage. Thanks for the terrific stay in Indy!

Awesome “Gathering Place” in Indy!

The Gathering Place was exactly as advertised. The whole house is modernized and upscale. The kitchen had every amenity you could want or need. A nice touch by the property manager was bottled water in the fridge and tons of snacks for the kids. Coffee and creamer were plentiful. All of the bedrooms came with TVs. The master bathroom had an incredibly big shower. The game room on the 3rd floor was neat with the Pac-Man game and air hockey. The back patio is amazing, complete with hot tub. Wish the weather was warmer to enjoy more of it. The property seems like it is in a nice area. Close to downtown and the children’s museum. We visited The Garage which was a cool area very close by. The only negatives were we found a child’s pillow in one of the bedrooms probably from a former renter. Some of the end tables and the living room TV felt wobbly. The hot tub headrests were missing or found floating in the water. Overall our experience was amazing and would 100% stay here for another visit to Indianapolis.

Wonderful Home

The home was a great place for our entire group to relax and bond as team members. The home was clean, in a quiet neighborhood with great communication from the property owner. We really enjoyed the recommendations of local restaurants and sights to visit! We would definitely rent this place again!

Great location for Guy’s Weekend!

A group of 6 guys used this house as our “home base” for our annual “Guys Convention”. It worked out perfectly! The owner was quick to answer questions ahead of our arrival, confirming amenities, and also confirming ok for us to check-in a few hours early on our day of arrival. The house setup was great - 6 beds, 4 baths, a game room, large dining table (great for meals and for games), and a great front porch and back yard with plenty of outdoor seating. The kitchen was very well stocked. And a nice touch was several bottles of water in the refrigerator, plus bottles next to all the beds…and even several small snacks on the kitchen counter, hand soaps in the bathrooms and kitchen, dish soap, paper towel, and TP. The location was perfect - we walked to King Dough (pizza place) for dinner one evening. The Fowling Warehouse was very close as well and a fun outing. It was only ~25 min from where we golfed (Golf Club of Indiana - also highly recommended). And it was very close to downtown, where we also hung out a bit. I would highly recommend this home to a group of friends or a family.

Best place ever!!

We are four “old” friends in our early 60’s that came to Indy to celebrate two of our birthdays and see the Eagles concert. We all loved the house. Plenty of rooms so everyone could have their own space. The outdoor area was awesome. The hot tub was amazing. The third floor game room had us playing air hockey like we did as teenagers. The host was super responsive. We all agreed that this is the BEST house we have ever rented.
