Diverse neighborhood and easy transportation

We enjoyed the diversity of the neighborhood especially the cosy and authentic cafes and restaurants. The view from this side into Manhattan was spectacular. The unit was not as presented on the website. Also there was a double booking of one day that we were informed of about two weeks before our stay. Still waiting for a refund. Transportation into manhattan was easy to negotiate.

Plutôt bien !

L'appartement est assez agréable, très bien meublé, avec un accès rapide aux bus pour Manhattan par exemple; des épiceries et des petits restaurants tous proches. Il manque peut être un peu d'équipement, comme une passoire pour les pates ou un épluche légume! Pas de lave linge dans l'appartement en revanche, il est dans le sous sols accessible par une autre entrée de la maison, pour notre part il n'a été accessible qu'un soir ce qui est dommage c'était l'un des critère pour lequel nous l'avions retenu. Echanges avec les propriétaires par messagerie uniquement, l'entrée se fait par un code.

The house is easily accessible by public transit. Buses to and from NYC run from JFK Boulevard East and Bergenline Avenue. Bus stops are a 5 minute walk. Buses cost $3.50 to NYC and take 15-20 minutes. Buses go to Port Authority bus terminal by Times Square 42nd Street Manhattan.
NYC is also accessible by Ferry from the Port Imperial Ferry terminal on River Road.
We're under 30 minutes from Newark airport by Uber/Lyft @ approx $35 each way.
Light rail station is few blocks away on 48th Street. Light rail connects with Hoboken, Jersey City and Newport.
Hourly day time parking is available in municipal lot next door at $1.50/hr. Overnight parking is $5.00 for 9pm to 9am. Pay at meter.
