Broken shower
To pay over $500 for 2 nights, the shower head should not be broken with a plastic bag covering the pipe. Very unprofessional and overpriced to stay where your guests can’t shower. Also, even a cheap coffee pot would be nicer than the French press that can’t even serve 4 guests at the same time. Properties should come with Amenities like body soap, coffee pot, extra towels, (1 per guest sometimes is not enough) and a proper shower head that won’t hit you in the head while trying to shower as it’s also wrapped with a plastic garbage bag to try and catch the water fall coming out of it as it’s broken then rigged for our stay… this was an issue that was obviously known before our stay.
A partial refund would be nice due to the shower itself.
There is obviously also other issues between this property owner and the hoa that the property is under, with a cover story in order to stay.
We kept your cover story expecting a decent shower after. We received No decent shower but still kept our end of the deal
