The apartment has a living room with open fully equipped kitchen, couch corner, separate dining area, fireplace, 2 balconies, 1 bedroom maisonette with a double bed, 1 bathroom with shower & WC, cable TV, WLAN, underground car park, sunbathing directly at the lake , with own boat bridge and pedal boat with sun deck.
The view of the lake is incomparable, the residence shields from everyday life but is close to all holiday attractions. Enjoy the holiday with us and recover from the stressed life. Pier 5 in lovingly decorated design completes the holiday feeling. The holiday resort is approx. 10 minutes from the center.
The wellness area in the Landhaus Alte Eichen (next door) can be used for a fee.
If you like to travel with friends, there is the possibility to book the neighboring apartment Pier 6 (if available).

Wir hatten eine schöne FW, direkt am Wasser. Die Gegend rund um Bad Saarow ist sowohl zu Fuß, als auch mit dem Fahrrad ein Urlaub wert.

Wohnung war nicht so toll… sie hat einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch… die ganze Zeit … ohne Fenster auf ging nicht … auch im Treppenhaus unangenehme Gerüche 🙈 Und es hieß mit Waschmaschine… jedoch stand nirgends das sie extra bezahlt werden muss … 3 Euro pro Wäsche 😏 Der einzige Lichtblick war der Garten mit dem Ausblick auf den See … und der See war klasse 👍

Perfekter Kurzurlaub
Sehr schön gelegene und absolut gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man so benötigt. Selbst ein Pizzaschneider war vor Ort. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin als auch vor Ort war schnell, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir waren begeistert und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ein Schmuckstück direkt am See
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit am Scharmützelsee verlebt. Wer Ruhe haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Schon im Vorfeld haben wir eine sehr genaue Beschreibung bekommen wie die Schlüsselübergabe und die Einweisung am Ankunftstag abläuft. Es hat alles perfekt geklappt und wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Von der Ferienwohnung waren wir total begeistert und die Einrichtung hat genau unseren Geschmack getroffen, sehr modern und stilvoll. Auch in der Küchenausstattung fehlte es an nichts. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und man kann direkt am See sitzen. Zusammenfassend hatten wir eine sehr schöne Woche und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Diese Wohnung können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Insgesamt schöne Unterkunft, Preis angemessen, Aussicht auf See über Balkon etwas eingeschränkt, Hotel nebenan dürfte bald abgerissen werden, sieht man aber nicht, ein eigenes Tretboot steht zur Verfügung, alles in allem waren es dort schöne Tage

Gutes Appartement für junge Leute
Leider hatten wir sehr schlechtes Wetter, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr beeinträchtigt hat. Das Objekt ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock und der Schlafraum ist nur über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Das Bett ist direkt unter der Dachschräge aufgestellt. Somit kann man es auf der rechten Seite nur am Fußende verlassen. Das empfanden wir als suboptimal. Die benachbarte Gaststätte hat im vergangenen Jahr geschlossen und wird nun zu einer Seniorenresidenz umgebaut. Somit mussten wir für einen Restaurantbesuch nach Bad Saarow oder Wendisch Rietz fahren.

Immer wieder gern ...
Als "Rumtreiber" hat man schon so manches erlebt, aber so eine schöne Unterkunft hat den Status an einer Hand abgezählt zu werden. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Es ist an alles gedacht. Bezugsfertig für einen wochenlangen Urlaub. Gern würde man hier wiederkommen. Freundlicher Empfang, unkomplizierter Check-in/out, ruhig und sauber, romantischer See, privater Balkon. Tiefgarage und und und. Wem es hier nicht gefällt oder irgendwelche schlechte Bewertungen angesagt sind, dem ist nicht mehr zu helfen und sollte lieber zu hause bleiben. In der Objektbeschreibung sollte allerdings erwähnt werden, das die Wohnung für ältere oder gehbehinderte Personen nicht geeignet ist.
