Welcome to Destin!! Located on the 8th floor in the A building of the Majestic Sun, unit A808 is a one bedroom / two full bath condo that sleeps a total of 6 people. The sofa pulls out into a full bed and there are built in twin-size bunk-beds located in the hall. There is a stack washer and dryer in the hall bathroom. An iron, ironing board, hair dryer, linens, paper products and small toiletries are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances and is stocked with utensils. The living room has floor to ceiling glass doors that provide unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The Majestic Sun is conveniently located within the Seascape Golf, Beach and Tennis Resort and is situated across the street from the sugary white sands of Miramar Beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It offers a multi-level indoor/outdoor pool deck with two hot tubs. The indoor pool is heated to a cozy eighty-six degrees, and it also opens up to the outdoor pool deck. There are plenty of lounge chairs and tables for that slow day by the pool. In addition to the pools and tennis courts, there is an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Joe Lee that will satisfy all levels of play.

Perfect little spot

We came for a local music festival on an whim and were pleasantly surprised. We could walk to the venue, and had a great time on the beach and in the pool. The condo was well appointed, clean, and exceeded our expectations.

End of August vacation

The water was perfect. Warm and clear and almost no waves. The room was great Looked like it was just renovated and had pretty furniture and the softest bed. Loved everything.

First time in Miramar

This was our first time in Miramar, and it definitely won't be our last. Jason is the best owner i have ever dealt with. He answered all my questions immediately. The pictures online match the condo exactly. I can't recommend this condo enough. The water looks like something you would see in a magazine. This is one of the best vacations we have ever had. Thank you again for letting us stay in your beautiful condo.

Great place on the beach!

Overall, stay was great. Enough room for everyone to relax and chill out. Condo was right on the beach with a perfect view of the ocean. We came across some bug issues but reconciled with the owner who responded swiftly. They were so very nice and communicated our needs in a timely manner. We hope to be back again!

Perfect spot on Miramar Beach!

Jason’s condo at Majestic Sun is our favorite “Destin” getaway! Great central location, easy beach access, and in walking distance to restaurants - Surf Hut and Auston’s, and others. The condo is always clean and well stocked, and Jason is the absolute best at customer service and communication! We will be back, as always, and thank you again for a wonderful week at the beach! Another Great Stay.

We love the Majestic Sun. Miramar Beach and the whole area. It was our third stay at the Majestic but our first time in this room and it was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

Great location, just needs some TLC!

Condo was nice and in great location. View was amazing and close to the beach. Bed was comfortable. Interior of condo was clean but moisture level was high and smells musty or like mildew. Balcony was extremely dirty, had to clean table and railing off with 409. Furniture needs updated, drains need cleaned out and lights bulbs need replaced. Condo just needs a little TLC from the owners.

Great location clean

We had a great time. The owner was great. There was some bad weather and he checked to make sure we were ok. The unit was clean. The hotel is in a great location. Restaurants in walking distance as well as a gas station in walking distance. I loved that the property had staff working and checking for wrist bands at the pool. That way only guests are using it and not others. There was an ice cream shop at the hotel too. Kids loved that.

Great View

Great condo for my family of 4. Clean, open and airy with a wonderful view of the ocean. My kids are 13 and 5 and they enjoyed sleeping on the bunks. They worked out great. Master bed was very comfortable and huge! The pool and hot tub we used every day. Everything was just an elevator ride down. The barstool height on the chairs on the balcony made me nervous all the time with my small child, as i could see how a child could easily go over the railing if they were not being watched properly. Also, it does state all over that it is a non smoking property. Although mostly unavoidable wherever you go, there were always people smoking cigarettes and marijuana on the balconies. Overall, this was a fantastic place with incredible views. We would absolutely stay here again.

Vacation from 5/6 to 5/13

The place was absolutely amazing and I enjoyed every bit of it. I was down here for a solo getaway but also taking time needed to let go of some things, rejuvenate from a lot that happened, and prepare for what was next for my future. Everything in the unit itself was very clean, well treated, and taken care of. No issues at all. The property manager was also amazing as far as communicating with me and getting me the information and resources I needed upon arrival and to enjoy my time here in my favorite place. The views were also amazing especially the beach of course. I would totally love to rent this unit again the next time I come down to Destin.

Pleasant as usual

It’s more than 5 years we get back to this property and we’ll continue to do so in the future when back in the Destin area. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay for 2 days or 2 or more weeks. The owner is always very responsive to any request. Definitely recommended.

Why they chose this property

The beaches in Destin, FL and the people who occupy them are some of the most comforting in the world. The stark white sands and emerald waters are very addicting and its proximity to most of the Eastern United States allows you and your family to 'live it up' at minimal cost.

What makes this property unique

The Majestic Sun is great!... My wife and I enjoy the location (adjacent to Seascape Golf Course), all the comforts of home, the proximity to the beach and the heated indoor pool. We are unable to live in sunny Destin, FL and want to extend the opportunity for you to enjoy the many unique benefits that the property has to offer.
