Leave the cold weather and head to the Dominican Republic for some fun in the sun, you know you deserve it! You'll have this 1 year old (young) villa all to yourself. It includes 4 bedrooms (3 queen, 1 king) all with individual AC, 4.5 baths, full kitchen (includes water cooler, coffee makers, panini maker, pots, pans, glassware; etc.), living room w/AC (yes, even in the living room), outdoor patio w/3 ceiling fans, outdoor dining table, BBQ grill and your own private pool! All within the beautifully landscaped, gated community of Hispaniola Residencial. Walk (20 mins) or drive (5 mins) to the downtown strip, restaurants & beach, or park your rental vehicle in your private driveway and stroll on over to the Hispaniola Restaurant (I recommend at sunset, the view is amazing). You will not be disappointed! Plus my partners and I were and still are frequent visitors of Sosua, and we were determined to take care of every item or detail that ever annoyed us at other rental homes, and we also respond to any questions or concerns within moments! I am one of the partners for this property, so naturally I am personally invested (literally) in it's success. I have of course been a guest at other properties, so believe me we have incorporated everything that we have wanted and didn't get at other rental residences. We want to make sure that your stay was exceptional, and we are of course striving for awesome reviews, positive feedback or future suggestions improvement. My partners and I, have gone above and beyond to make this villa a place that we ourselves would enjoy staying in, because we know what it's like when pictures don't match reality, and that will not be the case with our brand new villa in Hispaniola Residencial.
What makes this property unique
Beautiful, convenient and safe location. Within 10-15 minutes walking distance (or 5 min drive) to the Sosua's restaurants, bars, cafes and beach! It's the perfect location in a beautiful gated community.
