1st time in SPI
We have visited other beaches along the gulf and this one did not disappoint. The condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Bob was great to work with, we would definitely come back! The view from the balcony was amazing and we liked the convenience and security of the parking garage.

Mike and I had a wonderful time at our "home" at South Padre Island. The home was comfortable, clean and cozy. The view fantastic of sunrises and people watching and changing Gulf of Mexico. The deck is very spacious and a relaxing place to sit and listen to Gulf sounds. Our host was very informative and does a great job describing the place and everything associated with our stay. Definitely recommend and will come back again.

Slice of paradise
I took my husband here to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and it was lovely! Responsive host! The unit was cleanquiet with beautiful views. I really appreciated that Bob(host) had a binder with some local recommendations. My personal favorite was the jacuzzi that looks out over three ocean. Thanks Bob!

Wonderful Condo Right On the Beach
The condo had everything we needed. Very comfortable and cozy. The best part was the view from the balcony and how close it was to the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

Family Get Away
We used this property to celebrate our daughter's first birthday. It was absolutely perfect. Bob was super communicative and provided all of our information very promptly. He was so informative beforehand that we didn't ever need to contact him after he sent us the check in information. Everything was as advertised and we WAY overpacked thinking we would need more- it had everything we needed. Plenty of the basics as far as cooking supply goes, extra bedding, beach gear.... everything we needed really. We had an amazing view of the beach perfect for kiddos if you needed to go back upstairs and nap/get them out of the sun for a bit but the rest of the family could stay on the beach and you could still see them. The patio was also the perfect mix of both beach view and shade. We would absolutely stay here again. Great find. We were also walking distance from several eateries, shopping, and coffee. We tried Wanna Wanna, Blackbeards, and we had coffee at Karma's. Really convenient check in and out.

The view is the best.
The only drawback was the elevators. One was out of service and the other one was really slow. Some people waited 20 minutes. Luckily I’m able to take the stairs, so it was good exercise.

Best view ever
The perfect spot to enjoy the beach. Just step outside the building and you are on the beach. Sit on the spacious balcony, hear the waves, marvel at the sunrise. We had everything we needed in the condo and it was comfortable, home away from home. Restaurants and shopping nearby. A return visit would be a treat!

Condo and Owner were GREAT - Building not so much
Everything about the condo itself and the owner were great. The reason I gave it a 3 star is because of the building the condo is in. Parking is horrible, the elevators are outside and take around 10 minutes to get to you (which is awful in 100 degree weather), and there are no restrooms at the pool. The condo itself is beautiful even if it has older furnishings and being right on the beach is really great.

Perfect Getaway!
This was perfect for a getaway with beach access and sunrise and moonrise ocean views! Room was clean and close to everything on the island. Owner was very responsive and also gave good recommendations for restaurants etc. We would stay there again! Don't miss out on this gem of SPI!

I discovered South Padre in 1992 and have been returning ever since. I have been to most of the beach resorts on the east coast, Florida and a few on the west coast. There is no place among them to match South Padre!

Why they chose this property

I love an early morning walk on the beach, lunch on the balcony overlooking the gulf and an evening drink while watching the sun set at a bay side restaurant. Is there a better way to relax?
