Exceptional architecture, quiet location on the outskirts, modern furnishings
On the outskirts of the center of the 7,000-inhabitant community of Laer, only 24 km from Münster, is our extraordinary apartment, which is 92 square meters in size and has a large sun terrace and a green patio.
On the ground floor is the open living / dining area with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen (incl. Dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge / freezer), storage room with washing machine and dryer and bathroom with shower, toilet, double sink. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with two luxurious box-spring beds (can be designed as a double bed or as single beds!) on. From here you can also reach the large furnished terrace, where you can relax when the weather is nice, and the green patio, where you can grill on sunny summer evenings.
On the second floor, the open living gallery offers a cozy, high-quality sofa combination with a sleeping function (can also be used as a double bed) and an extra bed. Each floor has a flat screen television.
