Located one mile and a half (2.4 Km) from the beach and half a mile (1 km) from supermarkets, dining, shopping in the town of Delray Beach awarded the All-American City 3 times 1993, 2001 and 2017! Boutiques, theater, and amazing night life all within a close drive. Yet, the area is peaceful, on a lake with water fountains and many walking trails, and bike paths. The best vacation away from home.
Two bedrooms only one bed for season 20204-2025 the other room is an office with no bed. The Principal bedroom has a queen. Two TVs. One in Livingroom & in Primary. All remodeled bathrooms with the second bath being in the hallway by the 2nd bedroom includes a shower/tub combo. Hardwood vinyl floors, and spacious kitchen with quartz countertops (NO Popcorn ceilings).
Full kitchen will all the appliances necessary to make a gourmet meal! Overlooks the lake from every window (Except 2nd bedroom). Community is vibrant and has a gym, jacuzzi, 2 HEATED pools and clubhouse/library to enjoy! Private washer and dryer. Parking is close and right in front (spot #28). Callbox and security entrance to building. Safe residential neighborhood.
