Great Location but HORRIBLY managed

They location was awesome but the checking in experience took over 2.5 hours, the management company (Vacasa) was very unhelpful, majority of the trip there was no hot water, pillow cases were missing on the majority of the beds, and management asked for us to find shovels in the building to move the snow off our balcony. I highly recommend staying in the building but not at this property or one managed by Vacasa.

Really loved the condo, nice location for hanging out in the village. Place was clean, well stocked and nice for our two families. Only 1 parking spot so that was a bit of a challenge with Two cars. Would stay again.

Amazing place, perfect for the full Colorado resort experience

The condo is amazing and in a perfect spot with a cool view. A 1 minute walk to the lifts and a 3 minute walk to Mulligans. We had a great time and enjoyed it a lot. The only bad part was the check in process was a bit of a nightmare. The instructions were very vague and with how Copper is set up with their parking rules, it’s not clear where to get the keys and also the parking instructions were vague as there are no signs around where you pick the keys up from and to speak with a host you have to go through an automated phone system. Make sure to go back around the village after you get the keys from the office. Overall, a great spot and very worth it. Just that could have been a lot better getting checked in

Perfect ski condo

The condo was very conveniently located in Center Village with ample space for our family of 6. The views were amazing. The short walk to the slopes was easy, with convenient ski storage just inside the building.

We really enjoyed the convenience of everything being "right there". This condo has everything you need, they have thought of everything. Even had extra toilet paper, etc. Highly recommend.

Great Location

Great location close to eagle lift and all center village stuff. View of ice rink from this unit. Managed by Vacasa so all your check in etc…is through Vacasa. They could do a better job on description of check in logistics. Check in is all remote and in a separate building about 100 yards away. Also, if you are driving the building has a garage and that works great. If you are getting a mountain shuttle drop off the address doesn’t work well for shuttle drivers as you can’t really drive up to the building entrance. Tell shuttle drivers to drop you off at the Vacasa address on ten mile circle and that is your best bet. There were games and cards and a puzzle in the unit which we used and although small the kitchen worked well for us to make most of our meals there. Nice amenities although hot tub is indoor. All in all a nice unit in a great location.

Very convenient, steps from American Eagle lift.

Great place but the king mattress in the second room needs to be replaced. It was firm and you could feel the springs pushing through.

Fantastic condo in the heart of Copper

This spacious condo had everything you could need, from a fully stocked kitchen (even ziplocs!) and lots of comfy chairs to extra blankets and even a glove and boot dryer. The room with the bunk beds is up a level giving the kids their own domain. And the unit is steps from all the shops and restaurants and lifts, so it could not have been more convenient.

The property needs some TLC. The front door wouldn’t close & lock properly unless you really slammed it. There is a smoke detector hanging from loose wires outside one of the bathrooms & it goes off every time someone opens the bathroom door after a shower. There were no kitchen towels so we had to use washcloths & hand towels from the bathroom. The location is great though!
