The harmonious interior with parquet floors creates a wonderful ambience.
The non-smoking apartment has a living area with dining area. Here you will also find a high quality sofa bed for 2 people. There is also a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.

Of course, the apartment has a telephone, a compact hi-fi system and a modern flat screen TV.
The 80 m2 sun balcony extends around the entire apartment.
You can look directly at the spa park in a cozy atmosphere and listen to the melodies of the spa concerts.
Our house also offers you:

Schönes Salzuflen

Wir hatten in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung eine erholsame Zeit. Sie liegt im 4 Stock, ( Fahrstuhl) mit Blick in den Kurpark. Wir fahren wieder hin!!

Der Balkon ist einmalig

Es ist eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir bisher hatten. Das Beste: der erste Kaffee am Morgen auf einem tollen Balkon mit einem super Blick. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: die Tiefgarage ist für Fahrzeuge mit Sportfahrwerk nicht geeignet.

Urlaub am Kurpark

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist in der 4. Etage und hat einen schönen Ausblick durch die Bäume über Bad Salzuflen.

Erholreiche Woche

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet,vom Balkon durch die Bäume leider nur eine eingeschränkte Sicht auf den Kurpark wobwi die Kurkonzerte sehr gut zuhören waren . Der Eingang zum Schwimmbad im Haus liegt direkt gegenüber vom Aufzug . Alles in allem für 2 Personen richtig gut.

Schönes gebäude mit netten nachbarn. Haus schöne komplette und wunderbare Aussicht. Punkt der Aufmerksamkeit: Das zweite Bett ist ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. (kleine Sonnenfinsternis). Allergien: Bettdecken und Kissen sind mit Federn

Ein Domizil mit Niveau in ruhiger Stadtrandlage

Sehr gute Lage am Kurpark (auch wenn dieser z. Zt. komplett umgebaut wird) nur wenige Fussminuten vom Stadtkern entfernt. Tolle Rundsicht über die Stadt und die bewaldeten Hügel des Umlandes. Eine perfekt, durchdacht ausgestattete Ferienwohnung die fast keine Wünsche offen lässt (nur Spühlmaschine in der Küche hätte es noch krönen können). Schwimmbad und Sauna wie beschrieben vorhanden und auch fast immer frei. Sehr gutes Doppelbett mit hochwertiger Matratze. Freundliche, zuvorkommende Vermieterin die sich äußerst bemüht und hilfsbereit zeigte. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle die eine Auszeit in ruhiger und gesunder Umgebung suchen.

Eine sehr schöne, großzügige Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht

Im Großen und Ganzen gibt es nichts zu meckern. Den einzigen Punktabzug gibt es dafür, dass wir uns selbst um unsere Kurkarten kümmern mussten. Ist nicht so schön, wenn man wenig Zeit hat.

Best Homeaway in which we have stayed.

Negatives: Frau Bettenworth does NOT speak English. You MUST speak German, fluently, to communicate with her. No microwave oven and kitchen is VERY small; no dishwasher or clothes washer. Every pot or pan needed cleaning prior to first use. Positives: Safe, Spacious and warm; beautiful views; everything you might need within short walking distance; quiet other than one night of partying in the penthouse above; excellent TV, but only German stations; medium fast Internet service; very flexible about scheduling changes. We were very comfortable, overall.

schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne Wohnung im 4. Stock mit grosser Terrasse oberhalb des Kurparks mit Blick in die bunten Bäume und über die umliegenden Häuser. Nur wenige Minuten Gehweg zur Stadtmitte und zum Kurpark. Mit schönem Schwimmbad unten im Haus und kleiner Sauna. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit gern wieder.

Freiheit und Komfort pur

Wir haben im August 2016 eine Woche in dieser sehr schönen, großzügig, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung verlebt. Die riesigen Dachterrasse lädt morgens zum Frühstück und abends zum Sonnenuntergang ein. Der Kurpark liegt zu Füßen und man schaut über die Dächer in die bewaldeten Hügelketten. Kurze Wege in die Innenstadt sowie das Schwimmbad im Haus vervollkommnen diese wirklich empfehlenswerte Wohnung. Mit der Vermieterin hatten wir sehr guten netten Kontakt.

....Perfekt......

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die FeWo ist sehr zentral gelegen und mit gehobener Ausstattung in geschmackvollem, modernen Design ausgestattet. Der TG-Stellplatz machte unseren Aufenthalt noch entspannter. Mit Frau Bettenworth hatten wir eine sehr sympatische und freundliche Vermieterin. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.
